Procore is Comprehensive while remaining Understandable.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is extremely valuable in my job. It is accessible and not confusing, and still has plentiful features and covers all of the core tools of construction management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore sometimes has server issues or difficulty loading pages. I have noticed these issues since i started using the software and I sometimes have to refresh the page multiple times to view content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving an issue of a standardized system in the construction management industry. It is extremely accessible and intuitive to use and minimizes the amount of organization that is required on the user end.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share prudent project information with multiple parties and vendors seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like about Procore is when it doesn't work. We've made Procore a single-source solution for many items. This is great for productivity, but if Procore is down for any period of time, employees are stuck not being able to perform core functions of their job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processing information from the office to the field, greater organization of bidding status and flow through the Bid Board, seamless transition from estimate to construction budget, field documentation via logs and photos, etc.

It´s friendly interface and the multitude of options available

Uploading drawings is kind of complicated and normally plenty of errors appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us share documents with the clients, manage observations, request information, manage drawings and submit products for revision.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only bad thing I come across when using Procore is that sometimes email notifications have a delay to them. Sometimes they don't have a delay. You never really know when the information will be delivered. Other than that, There is not much I dislike about Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps organize construction documents so everyone can access them if need be. Procore also shows when a submittal or an RFI is in your court, which is very helpful for workflow.
My favorite feature is viewing, downloading, and marking drawings right on Procure. Also, Procore is very mobile user-friendly, which is a super benefit. Who doesn't have a smartphone nowadays?
Not to mention the support is off the charts; not only can you live chat with an agent, but you can also share your screen right from Procore on the browser! This feature is extremely beneficial to those who run into problems or if someones technical understanding of procore isn't up to par. Prcore also has 30+ online certifications for anyone at any level of construction to complete.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and efficient. The web and app designs are easy to follow and figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that they send an excess amount of email out when you create or work on an RFI and submittal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each job is different and needs different workflows on the PCO/workflow process. Procore has spent several hours on the phone to assist us with our job.

Procore is very user friendly. Easy to find anything you need to run a project. If there's something you're not sure how to do, it has an outstanding help & support function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes drawings recognition doesn't work properly.

Effective & User-friendly Software
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Procore is the internal reading system for specs & drawings uploads, making it so much easier to categorize & organize issuances. This makes it easier for all parties on a project to find relevant uploads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much that I dislike about Procore, except the lag time in opening the settings for each tool (RFIs, Submittals, Drawings). There are some weird issues adding people into the Directory sometimes as well, or when typing in distribution groups, Procore will make me re-type the name of the group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves problems relating to communication amongst all parties involved in a project. Procore gives us a central hub to store samples, submittals, questions, meetings, specs, drawings, etc.

The fact that all your project information is in one place.

The learning curb for subs not familiar with this type of software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use the software to manage the field and office, all the project tools available work perfectly, you can save files under documents as well, such as SDS sheets, etc.
Most Robust Construction Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to use GUI. Awesome tech support, especially the tech support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently working on database management, unable to merge some duplicate subcontractor entries.

Easy to use, all of the information that is needed is readily accessible.
