A great experience with exceptional customer service!

  • May 02, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the tools and access to training and customer service provides an interactive experience ideal for learning while operating.
What do you dislike about the product?
The project starter package does not include a schedule component; this is a miss, given that every project encompasses scope, schedule, and budget management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is providing us with a PSA that ultimately meets our general project management needs for the duration of the project lifecycle post-handoff from sales.

Procore, The Only Construction Management Software

  • April 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Procore keeps everything organized for me; I can see where the submittal process is for each, as well as the RFIs. And it keeps a good log for me to take a glance at the budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not the biggest fan of the forms to upload SOV or budgets. And when I took my question to someone with Procore, they were rude and not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to successfully upload a sov.

  • April 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Procore keeps everything in one location. Documents, daily log, photos, vendor insurance records, all easily accessed companywide. Procore is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any. Procore support is top notch so if there is an issue it is readily resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have one at the moment.

Great Product, Easy to Use

  • April 25, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to incorporate with existing projects and kickstart new ones. The amount of training they provide and the knowledge level of the trainers made the transition pretty painless, even for a small business like ours with employees who aren't as knowledgeable with technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator, it was tough to figure out what permissions to give to each employee because it is very detailed. You will need time to learn the system individually and as a team in order to get set up which will lead to a few changes in your SOP when implementing the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has solved the problems we were having with communication between our field and office staff. Now that all information can be stored in the system and easily accessible to everyone, we are able to push our projects through quicker with fewer things being missed.

Procore helps us keep the field and office sync.

  • April 20, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We like the tools which allow for the field and office to be on the same page. Software is pretty easy to use and learn. Procore has more functionality vs our old PM software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more customization for our company; editing office documents on the mobile version would be a plus. We also want more tools to track our specific trade items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore Tracks our submittals in real time, our field is now able to see when the general contractor has not returned a response. We are seeing less time spent determining the status of submittals and RFIs.

Use Procore mainly with GC's

  • April 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Procore makes it easy to see which submittals have been submitted and which have been approved/are still waiting to be approved or reviewed. It shows the flow of where the submittal is in the review process which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Procore can sometimes be glitchy when using. I know they are constantly working on updates and feel that this can be an easy fix. I also wish i was able to see the project team from my team laid out on the front page and not just the GC's project team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to stay organized! I like that every GC that we work with has a separate tab that I can use and easily see which projects we have open with them. It also helps us to stay organized within the project.

No Transparency with Procore Pricing. Expect Endless Price Increases After Signing Their Contract.

  • April 18, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the functionality of Procore is helpful. The ease of navigating digital blueprints is probably the best feature of Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not recommend Procore for one main reason. The renewal process each year is a nightmare. The company is not consistent with its pricing and finds ways to increase your contract annually. When you ask to explain how they come up with the pricing and what you are being charged for it is like pulling teeth. There is no one who can explain what services you are paying for and why some services go up in price. Even if you try to reduce the number of services you pay for they will not reduce your annual spend or even keep it consistent. Once you sign a contract with them just know that you will never pay your original price again. Expect to pay at least $2,000 more each year for their services. Since originally signing up with Procore a few years ago our annual spend has gone up 50% with no added benefits. There is absolutely no transparency in their pricing structure and the numbers they present aren't supported by any sort of data. Do yourself a favor and find a different software that supports contractors because Procore does not have contractors' best interests in mind.

Procore does help keep our field superintendents more organized in the field. Procore also helps streamline processes for information flow from the field to the office. Very powerful platform

  • April 18, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very reliable platform. Tech support is an actual human chat that responds within a minute in 99.99 of cases. You can manage everything about your construction project in one place: drawings, prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, invoices, pay apps, change orders and a lot more.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the financial tools, when you add amounts in the "this month" column, it doesn't automatically transfer to the "past months" column when you do the next pay app/invoice on the following month. They announced they would change it, but until they do, it is very annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where to start? I guess from the beggining. At first (first few months of deployment), we used it mainly for the drawings tool, which is fantastic. For example, it allows you to quickly label and date all the drawings in a set using Optical Character Recognition technology that works well (provided the plans are in decent format). We now even use it to extract the files when we first get the invitation to bids, whereas before, we used blue beam for the same activity. It also allows basic measurements and mark-ups. Then we started using financial tools (prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders) and discovered that it is an excellent way of keeping everything organized. For example, in the change orders tool, you can see which CORs became change orders and which were rejected. The list goes on and on.
