Procore is a precise program for construction
What do you like best about the product?
All documents are in one place and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to find the information I need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue with documents all over the company and not available to everyone.
Ease of use for even the non-user
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it sends reminder emails for overdue items. It keeps the issues at the forefront of the project. I like the fact that all documentation is available in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program is a little clunky when it comes to collaboration. It sends an email for anything. Sometimes it is overkill as it relates to information. It is also nit the best of financial tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps manage the punch list. It keeps the subcontractor informed of overdue items until the item is closed. The subcontractor is the most essential tool in the GC's box; without proper communication, it is challenging to keep the project flowing smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore helps keep the information that we are using in a particular area. This allows for the information to be easily found when others look for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything that I do not like about procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping with many things that are being used on the project I am working on. The one thing Procore is used for is to make sure we are following the drawings and making sure codes are right

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has been a huge benefit to easily access and transfer files across a shared server with backup. The inspection tool has been deemed exceptional for completing internal audits with the use of the observations tool also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately Procore does not allow for files to be transferred across different projects without downloading Procore Extracts - it would be useful to have all features within one app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of sharing documents instantly with other team members is a major benefit to our workflow. All features available have been used and greatly needed.
Procore - Shifting Gears in Construction
What do you like best about the product?
With the increase use of technology and Procore, our team can exchange information with each other based on the project communication and coordination, thus forming a very nice working atmosphere, and successfully applying the concept of digitisation in the construction process of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore does not have the analytical tool which Microsoft Excel has.
Procore' s schedule tool does not allow to prepare critical path like MS Project does.
A lot of data entry is required for Procore and having users that are not aligned with company policies will end up creating more issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its very critical to understand here that change is always brought from a top-down approach. In a construction food chain, that would mean initiation by Government/Big Developers who are financing the projects. The challenges mentioned earlier are construction related, not development related and henceforth very less efforts are placed at the top. Note though the waste of time/cost overruns experienced by the subcontractors trickle upwards as the costs are buried within the line items of the budget to reduce their impact. Orin’s executives are attempting to address the challenge by adopting new construction technologies that are disrupting the historical processes in place which are in great need of change for a very long time. That change is coming through myself and others that have been hired to allow the company to become a game changer and remain the top competitor in the earthwork industry it specializes in.

1) The Tendering function:
• The ability to consolidate all correspondence for each tender.
• The transparency and the ability to do blind tendering.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the Commitments section, specifically the list of commitments, there isn't a way to easily see the:
• date a commitment was created
• which user created the commitment
• date a commitment was created
• which user created the commitment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping to consolidate our tendering procedure, the entire bidding process is easier for both public and private tenders. It's easy to manage the bidders and to easily send out clarifications to all bidders.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Procore allowed us to consolidate information that was previously spread over multiple software platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a video function in many of the tools, such as the Inspection tool and others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, the consolidation of all manufacturing and QCQA functions, viibility and interaction between manufacturing and the clients and PMs.
My learning experience has been enjoyable and surprisingly easy.

I have really no complaints; if there was something, it would be when the report is a little different in layout when you print it

User-friendly tool that keeps all the information in one spot.

Permission settings are a bit difficult to manage.

Procore has helped with reducing communication breakdowns between different project teams.
Procore has a nice user interface and is very robust

The organization of rfi logging and submittal reviews is excpetional.
What do you dislike about the product?
It signs me out too frequently. I need to use procore throughout the day and have to sign on multiple times a day.
