Best Construction Management Software on the Market!
What do you like best about the product?
Project Management Tools, Financial Reporting and Training Resources
What do you dislike about the product?
Company level tools do not seem as advanced as project level tools. It would be nice to have a "my documents" storage option similar to a PC that could be managed by employee. Budget tool does not have a section for notes/ markups/ comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped our company streamline communication and documentation on the project level which has greatly improved our efficiencies in the field and in the office
Procore: a very efficient document management system for constrction.
What do you like best about the product?
Having a record of all the documents, where they have been, and where they came from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing and annotating images are very clunky. This could be improved dramatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a clearing house for all CDs.

Procore is an excellent tool for having all project components in one central location. It is helpful that it is accessible from anywhere you have Internet access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think right now, it is the invoicing tool. I reached out to find out if it is editable and have not received a response.

Hopefully working on invoicing!

User-friendly, just enough framed compared to being able to be configured as we need.
Doesn't look like an Excel sheet: more convivial. The ergonomics of the workstation is remarkable.

Sometime it is hard to know to who the emails are really being sent. Depending of the settings we are using, people wont receive the email but their names are still written on the cover of it.

Great platform allows you to have all project information in place.
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration with the project team and ease of use. Procore listens to its users and is continuously evolving. The User's Voice is helpful as the users are from all over the country, and you can see that they require some of the same information/changes as you do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore Drive. It's like using SharePoint, you have to upload and download files, you can't drag an drop.
Although there are other options available to integrate with procore, we would prefer not to use an integration for documents.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-stop shop for all project information. Change Events, Submittal Register. Having the sub quote requests/quotes in one change event is helpful to make sure every aspect of the change has been covered. Using the specifications to build your submittal register is a real time saver. The ease of being able to search drawings and specs is excellent!
