Great Project Managing Software
What do you like best about the product?
Everything from documents to drawings to pictures is all in one easy, convenient place. It's also available on computer, tablets, and phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore, being so easy to use, makes using other software packages mandated by GC's more aggravating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital drawings and being able to link documents to them so the field has all the info in one place to ensure proper installations the first time is a huge advantage

Formatting of published documents is pretty clunky as well as emails that leave procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a consistent place to deposit information, all of our staff is familiar with the format.

Editing, Photo, reports, use on multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iphone photo upload, android can upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most issues have been a server thing. Having Procore work to add or fix any issues. From the field side, this is a great feature.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you a single source to see all the pertinent project information for your project: ie: RFI's, Submittals, Correspondence, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of the 10 or more projects I have helped manage over the past few years, I haven't found anything that I don't like about Procore. Very user-friendly with a great support staff that has been very responsive on IT-type issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps solve the issue of a single place where all your project information is stored and is readily available for access, especially allowing all in our office to see where were are at in the Construction process

What do you like best about the product?
In the field, I use Procore daily. I use the photos, daily logs, and drawings on a very regular basis. I also use multiple other tools in the field, such as documents, meetings and observations. Procore is a fantastic way to keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to complain about with Procore. The couple things I would like to see improved is the albums aspect of the photo tool. Sometimes, I create an album and then go to take pictures in it and it puts my pictures into a different album.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the drawings tool as a superintendent, I have instant access to all drawing for a particular project without having to have my full paper set with me at all times.

I use Procore for off-site project drawings checks, and I enjoy it very much;
The best part is the easy way to access the drawings and the fact that they are uploaded at a very high and good resolution quality.

In my sight, the parts to be improved are :
- comments on the drawing section ;
- sorting option of the drawings by upload date;
- possibility to erase the comment, after posting it (by the author)

Everything is integrated. RFIs linked to drawings, linked to submittals, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The specifications module is a bit confusing to use. I stuff it up every time I upload one.

What do you like best about the product?
Great Customer Service! And the program is always up to date with the latest tools to help construction projects run smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more refined mark up tools.

Procore ensures all of our project documents are secure in one location for ALL team members to access (GC+Owner+Consultants+Subcontractors, etc)
Pro-Core is an invaluable tool for our company
What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable aspect of Pro-Core is the cross platform accessibility. Whether it is acccesed through PC, Mobile Phone, or Tablet it is user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly what's not to like. So user friendly, great support. Sometimes the drawing interface gets a little clunky, but it is still navigable. I can stress what a great tool this is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the timeline and data managment of the project. By using all the different modules we have cut our construction timeline by quite a bit and made our data managment more accessible.
