Overall a High Quality Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of document control and document sharing. Along with the fact that all documents and pictures can be saved and stored to the project itself. It has a great way to set up submittal and RFI approval where nothing can be forgotten.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I do not like the fact that I cannot CTRL click and drag multiple files into procore you have to drag files over one at a time. I also wish there was a report feature that had images on it rather than links to the procore webpage to see the images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is making my life so much easier with the network flows in submittals and RFIs, where everybody can approve and send along without me as the middleman. It is also making my life a lot easier regarding document sharing.
Awesome Product
What do you like best about the product?
The tools for RFI's, Submittals, Daily Logs, etc. Also, in US, customer service is the only way to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that i see is the submittal revision process. It seems a bit clunky when further documents are required. To avoid confusion, you want to delete the original but then again you want to see the progress of the docs,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save enormous time by utilizing the tools versus having to do these items by hand. My productivity is easily tripled as a result.
The Benefits of using Procore in the field.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore does so many things well that it is hard to pick out the best feature for me. The drawing revision history is convenient to have at your fingertips. On a large project with revisions to drawings and other documents constantly, looking back at the revision history in the field with a swipe of the finger is a potent tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a feature I dislike about Procore. As a field superintendent, I do not use all the tools available to PM and others. I am sure something could be improved, but I have zero complaints or dislikes. In the past, I have used other programs and had many complaints. None of those problems exist in Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My most significant benefit is keeping information current in the field at your fingertips. It makes my team much more productive.
Absolutely Stellar Product & Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The first pro for Procore is the fantastic service that the entire team provides, from the customer service representatives to the account executives to the greater team represented at Procore's Groundbreak. The amount of care the Procore team has taken for our successful implementation and continued growth on the platform has been notable, especially compared to other SaaS platforms. Beyond that, three things stand out regarding the product:
1) the granular permissions and amount of control over user access as an administrator
2) the ongoing expansion of the platform and the tools available
3) the in-depth courses, support guides, and support team that provides on-the-fly troubleshooting and ensures everything works smoothly.

What do you dislike about the product?
A lighter issue with Procore is getting users in my company to love Procore and the service's potential in the same capacity that I have come to. The largest issue with Procore is the pricing is astronomical and it is a shame because the pricing has driven my company to pursue an alernative construction management solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows my internal team and our EPCs to communicate effectively and have all the necessary visibility into submittals, RFIs, and files without the burden of siloed data.
Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Every thing is tracked. You can track tender docs, directives, email distribution etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the deficiency feature, I find it difficult to keep up with at times.

Procore has been a great all round software tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lets me manage all my Finances, drawings, Communication in one place. The Live chat is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore does seem to have some limitations in what it can do and certain forms you can create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped our business streamline most of our Project Management tools into one software now. This makes it easier for everyone to look for the right information.
Procore makes numerous parts of my job easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Commitments tool in Procore. It makes filling out a Sworn Statement for Owners very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any downsides yet. I've been using it for two years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When a contract shows Executed in Procore, it is ACTUALLY executed. In our Accounting software, we can mark contracts executed w/o having signatures present.
Simple and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Has everything in one place, and everyone can see it. It is especially good at keeping track of drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few places where you need to take what feels like unnecessary steps, which can be unpleasant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It combines a lot of things that previously we used multiple programs for.
Easy to manage and track RFIs and submittals
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best tool to document the RFIs and Submittals!
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few "old-school" engineers still prefer using emails instead of logging in to Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A very good tool to manage if the construction questions/issues got resolved or are still open to be answered.
I love using Procore for my project management needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Procore on projects where I have a great deal of subcontractors as Procore makes typical processes, such as commitment change orders and contract distribution, much more streamlined and easier for all, regardless of age or experience, to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the new interface beta that Procore has been making available for the last few months. I feel as though this beta is not as user-friendly as the current interface, though perhaps I am just stubborn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping me solve the problem of mass distribution and ease-of-access for critical documents. I also greatly enjoy that as a general contractor, I am able to modify permissions and make unique access for each user from my various subcontractors.
