User friendly

What do you like best about the product?
It's a convenient way to keep everything you need together for the jobsite. I wouldn't want to use any other program. I like how easy it is for everyone on the team to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app isn't structured the same way as the online version. There are a limited number of custom fields. You can't bulk edit custom fields. There are some fields/features that would be great to add but seem like it would be hard to get them added. Would love to be able to mark up changes to specifications like we do drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to see who needs to take action on items and how long its been in their ball in court. It also keeps changes organized throughout the course of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization and layout of the tabs and featured Project tools. The ability to Create, manage and organize my documents (drawings, submittals, RFIs, and Coordination drawings) in one applications is beneficial. And the ability to link RFIs and submittals to relative drawings is also a bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find tracking meetings and meeting minutes my least favourite, I find that creating (opening and closing) and in-putting the meeting data is a bit cumbersome; and I believe there are better tools to do this. But, Having the ability to tack meeting minutes in one application is highly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the information, available, in one easy-to-use application is key to job-site operations. I can access drawings, RFIs, Submittals, Punch Items, even Daily logs and photos are accessible.
An Efficient Document Management System
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features Procore has is the ability to search drawings and documents for any text on them. This tool is a massive help to our commissioning team that needs to find the correct information quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore has a wide variety of customization associated with it. However, I would like it to go the "extra mile" regarding sorting drawings on the main drawing screen. Yes, the search tool in Procore can handle this, but having the extra flexibility with sorting would make it easier for others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems that Procore is solving is the efficiency of uploading drawings to their server. We have used other Project Management Websites, and they don't have the feature of scanning drawings as Procore does. When I upload a drawing PDF to Procore, it will look for the drawing number and automatically populate it in the review section of uploads.
Excellent Results with Procore
What do you like best about the product?
Procore allows us to be significantly more efficient with our time and has reduced the paper load associated with our projects by 90%. For a company our size ($25M per year) the cost of the program was better for us than the alternatives while offering all the features that we wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you completely commit to using Procore in all aspects of project management, the cost will seem high. There is a significant learning curve with Procore and while their training and support is excellent, it does take some time to learn how Procore "thinks".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows us to be more efficient by providing all of the information regarding the project in one place that can be accessed by multiple users at one time and provide real time data.
What was life before Procore?
What do you like best about the product?
I entered the construction industry when Procore had just started to take over the document management side of construction. I have used other document management since then, yet nothing has come close to replicating the experience that Procore offers. I believe the interface of Procore makes the software "dummy proof" for just about anyone to figure out quickly. With the aging individuals in the construction industry who are still figuring out smartphones, I have found teaching them how to use the many functions of Procore to be easier than any Microsoft product. On top of user experience, Procore has expedited the time it takes to do about any task, making more time for field activities - where Procore is used on a tablet for observations, drawing references, and any report imaginable. Lastly, Procore has a highly responsive support team that'll solve almost any problem, along with a community of other users who also offer solutions and new ideas to be added to Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore documents is a newer tool that has the right intentions, bringing saved documents where ever you may be. However, no software has come close to the ease of Microsoft's file explorer found on any PC. It is frustrating using Procore's documents tool due to how slow it forces a user to maneuver around since it lacks a search bar and entirely relies on going back to the start of a folder or using the "back" button many times. It is possible I am misusing the documents tool and do not know any better, but if this were the case, it would not be evident that this would be the reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the issue of everything being everywhere by putting everything into one place. This is beneficial for quickly referencing all kinds of documents, drawings, communication, etc. on a computer or in the field.
Industry Standard, User Friendly, and The Tool in Your Toolbox
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very user-friendly. It's intuitive, with many checks and balances to help you do your job. The field teams use it daily. Management uses it regularly as well. It has tons of tools to help you have a successful project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes drawing uploads lag a little bit. Also when making custom changes to certain pages there isn't a bulk change function for everything which makes the slip sheet process so slower than desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps with organizing drawings, RFI's, submittals, and inspections. It helps me track my budget and cost changes as well. When I examine how many months are left, I can project cost overages and make necessary adjustments.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is organized. It's so easy to pin the most important tasks as well as search for an item. This program makes it easier to keep track of important construction documents. It even allows for easy access to drawings & plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is when there is a glitch in the system. Sometimes it doesn't allow you to go to a different date, such as the day before, even when using the calendar. It also has this error message that pops up from time to time, saying that my data will not be saved if I go to a different date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of organization and having to manually look up important documents, as everything is at the click of the mouse.
Excellent Software
What do you like best about the product?
The way is designed to be fast/easy to learn and start to work with. I like working on the phone/iPad and a computer without problems of syncing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like taking sometimes my pictures go to a different album.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our billing coordination with the subcontractors, timecard and drawing tools are the best from Procore. Those are the ones that I use on my daily basis.
Good use of team work
What do you like best about the product?
I can extract approved invoices, the historical data that will live within the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot see the effects of billing line items and the cost line items when there is a change order.

Keeps us all on the same page of understanding the billings that will go into a Draw.
