Well organized documentation easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Organization is very user friendly. No fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user interface can be quite confusing, but reasonable still to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps in organizing drawings and pertinent construction documents. Procore eases document sifting.
Procore - excellent CM software
What do you like best about the product?
Everything on Procore in one place, which is the best part: daily reports, financials, drawings, RFIs, etc. The mobile version is also excellent and user friendly. I don't know of another software that has the same capabilities with this level of user friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is great overall, but the financials tool is the hardest one to learn for new users. I think this is inevitable, but it can be very valuable once you learn to use it. Procore is not the cheapest product on the market either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the tools in one place is the best. For financials it allows to have a singular place to track and manage costs, budgets, POs/Subcontracts and forecasts.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a compelling platform for managing a construction project from all aspects, I love the connection between the CIs and the RFIs, and also how you can sort the RFIs based on what you want to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope that the drawings tab can be synchronized with the documents folder to update the drawings automatically, also more options in the models tab to organize the uploaded models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing I like in Procore is the RFI filters, which help me to sort and review the RFIs based on the different project disciplines.
Also, I appreciate how I can mange the submittals and have Templates.

Procore is a very powerful tool to management and build any kind of projects
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful from procre is all the tools that you could use within the platform, which ones allow you a completed management of the projects at all stages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore needs to be more frindly with the project's clients, there should be a way to make procore more desire from the clients, they want to see everything in an easy looking matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving a very big construction management issue. It's always very complicaticate to have all the information in a cloud or a server, within procore you can access to all the project information.

What do you like best about the product?
Daily reporting, Procore Drive, training/instructional guides, being able to share schedules, updates, drawings with the subcontractors and clients. Procore Drive is wonderful for uploading all project documents and downloading specific photos from the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone I've discussed Procore with in my company agrees that the inability to directly print a PDF file from Procore is something that should be improved. Currently you have to download the PDF then open it up in Adobe in order to print.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore provides a place to access all information needed for the project for the office employees, field employees, and customers. It's also a great way to document day to day activities and makes it easy to reference specific information when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
How helpful it is in the field to ensure everyone has the most updated information and RFIs that are shown directly on the plan. I do not know what other project management tools out there besides this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Make sure there is no update during weekdays.

They are solving the issue of having multiple sets of plans on site and ensure everyone has the most updated information to build the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has been great for organizing and streamlining documents and related infrastructure for doing contract work. I like that it is a single program that can store everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning Procore took a while, and different companies have different systems for organization. This can be non-conducive to learning but might be an inevitability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has made it, so there is a company-wide norm in how we store data for different jobs. I like how interconnected all of the different documents can be in the program.

What do you like best about the product?
As a project manager, Procore is a tremendous tool that starts with the bidding process and helps to keep track of every aspect of a project through the final closeout.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, the only complaint I have about Procore will be in the scheduling tool. It needs to give the ability to adjust a master schedule within Procore after uploading it. As it stands now, when I have to change a master schedule due to delays with weather or the supply chain, I have to go to my Gantt software, make the changes, and download and reload. This simple fix within Procore would save a tremendous amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has solved issues within our operations department as far as schedules, change events, change orders, documentation and communications with our subcontractors, vendors and owners across every project. It has helped to streamline our budgeting, bidding, contracts and documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. detail of information handling. Schedule, submittal , RFI and document management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Look ahead needs to allow indent and outdent, so it is not so corky. It would be nice of more information was saved from one day to the next on daily logs like trade,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore in continually making improvements and taking recommendations from users. Seem number improvements on their quarterly update discussed.

The daily time log is very useful when it comes to uploading time

There is not much to dislike about procore, besides not being able to delete out of date things.

It helps keep track of time, and helps me keep everything simplified upon upload
