Procore is a one stop shop for Project Management Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to communicate effectively and track items with other companies is key to our project success. That and the functions for data management, financial tracking, and scheduling helps to keep things moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the Procore plug-ins, LeadTime, would be benefitted by increased collaboration with Procore. Procore should consider increasing the amount of data they are willing to share to other plug-ins
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves my financial tracking and makes monthly draws easier to track compared to the overall budget. Procore also assists in risk management as it tracks key dates and items that can reliably show when certain communications or information came across and which parties were involved.
Overall very useful and organized, and a great product to use in the construction industry.
What do you like best about the product?
Organization and the tracking of actions on the website to know exactly when things were done, by who, etc.
The project can be easily accessed, and information is stored in areas for easy use.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times the service is lagging/buggy, which is to be expected with so much information, but it could improve. For example, when uploading a submittal and attachment, if the window is closed under a few seconds after completion, the attachment will not actually be accessible.The attachment name will show but the attachment cannot be viewed or downloaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document organization and distribution to many trades. This applies to tracking of file distribution and who has access to what also. Overall a great tool to find documents in and communicate with the job site.

The training features in Concierge. The ease of use.

It would be beneficial if the chat feature had alerts.

Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Having a central location for everyone to work out of and save pertinent project information. I like that I can also permit vendors and subs to work and save documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much you can do within Procore; I find it can be overwhelming. But, they do offer training online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processes, everyone is using the same software and therefore standardizing how we manage projects. In turn, this has created more productivity and increased business performance.
I love the way it tracks everything in the project as long as you use it and enter the information.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it integrates with Lien Waivers and DocuSign. All the waivers are stored right there! All payments and everything you need to see. It is also great for our Sub Contractors that use it, because they can see what we see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is really slow and doesn't connect with Lien Waivers here and there. Even though I am logged into Lienwaivers and trying to send a waiver, it will say I am not, and I will just have to wait it out for it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a much better tracking system for accounting as far as who is paid, how much, and a cross check with our own accounting system, so that we don't double pay people or pay over the contract.

What do you like best about the product?
Navivigating the desktop and the app are extremely easy. The availability of the training videos for team members that may not have used it or woul dlike to learn more about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is too much that I do not use for me, and I find it distracting to fumble through certain things that I may not use to get to items that I do. I also have difficulty with the fact that that the App and the desk top are so different

Our comany began using it and we have found that procore has a large amount of partnership that we can utilize within Procore. of financials and PO system has become easier with the use of Procore

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it keeps all of our project documentation in one place. It also makes it easy to share information between projects. Our company has a few custom tools that work great for field work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we are a small company, we do not get a single point of contact. This has made getting answers to questions difficult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our notes, pictures, and documents in one location and allows us to put them in on the app with or without data connections.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore's tool are comprehensive and cover a great volume of day to day tasks in construction projects.
Drawings tool and change events are the most competitive tools that help the team manage variations and ensure construction projects are built using the latest set of drawings.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a large volume of data entry required which needs a lot of time.
Spreadsheet are not replacable yet even though they have the reports tool which is trying to mimic Excel but is not there yet.

Procore has streamlined drawings.
Specifications are weak as the files take too long to open because of their sizes.
Estimating is weak as it doesn't allow to create quantity take offs on the application yet.
Daily log is a strong tool as it allows us to track daily site work. Its not very user friendly or designed for earthwork related scope. The reports are not being produced as we require them on the client side.

What do you like best about the product?
A very Robust project management software, straightforward to navigate and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Experienced some delays on mobile devices, Procore has an excellent support team and is constanlty updating any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Are students at the JATC apprenticeship learning to go digital with their plans and spec classes?
