All of the tools that helps make our jobs easier.

Training Academy needs more organization to have a starting point for beginners, and maybe even tracks that walk you through certain arcs.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Procore for making it easy to track documents and maintain a timeline, which simplifies following up and keeping everything organized. I'm also impressed by how it streamlines project communication and documentation, improving coordination and reducing email clutter. The reliability of the system is a strong point for specific work management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when filtering documents in Procore, the filters are automatically cleared after refreshing the page. This disrupts my workflow as I need the filters to remain as they are to avoid reapplying them every time I refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore streamlines project communication and documentation, solving issues with tracking submittals, RFS, and drawings across teams. It centralizes everything, improves coordination, reduces email clutter, and maintains a shared schedule, making document tracking and follow-up easier.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate and look up answers to things that you don't understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want SSOV for Change Orders!! Pretty please
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Procore and Pay for all projects and it has streamlined our bill/pay systems with our subcontractors. There was resistance to Pay at first, but the fast pay has won almost all subs over.

Cost. No tool to allow subcontractors to upload their T&M tickets for our superintendents to use.

All project information can be in one place. Product is intuitive. Procore can be used for everyday tasks. We have a product rep that supports implementation and usage

Where do I start. More support to customize for government industry. Internal buy-in for what is possible.

The software handles the routine processing of RFIs and submittals, making it easier to keep all documents organized in a single location.
