It works well in our use case

What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful in terms of organizing submittals, reports, site instructions, and RFIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many emails that cannot be turned off. This saturates the email system and consultants start to ignore items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of drawings and submittals

Project Management is easier with PROCORE. Financial control of a project has never been easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Change order control and a plain view of the budget. Additionally, is easier to stay in the most updated drawings as new drawing packages are submitted by the architects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside would be that you cannot customize some tools or items that would be more accurate to your project. Sometimes is confusing the labels PROCORE gives to documents or tools, you need a great amount of time in PROCORE to understand it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial control. It's easier to identify how my budget is changing during my project. It allows you to be more aware of your gain/loss for each trade. Subcontractors management is also easier with the commitments tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have the information you need for any project at the touch of a screen is fantastic. Coming from the archaic way of working overly reliant on email, paper and out dated revisions it's a revelation to be able to know you are always looking at current information is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It really does rely on what is put into the system. Training is important and this puts a lot of front end pressure on users to fully understand the system to enable the full usages to be utilised to their full potential. People can be lazy and I think it could use a few check positions before elements can advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better awareness across all of the projects we are working on, regardless of whether at tender or build stage. Better revision controls and better awareness of health and safety onsite as well as sub contractor reviews and management

Procore the Beneficial Tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a tool that benefits me at all stages of construction. I appreciate the ease of its navigation and the ease of getting someone to support in a quickly timed manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say that there is a downfall of Procore. The only part I dislike of Procore is that, when applying a permission template, there might be too much to select from and or too much you can alter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps me solve problems in the field. Instead of having to run back to the job trailer, I can just pull out my iPad or iPhone and reference the drawing sheet I need.

What do you like best about the product?
This system covers just about everything. The top-notch customer service, but the best thing would be linking all the tools within this program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the number of items it can do. However, a service rep is always available to walk you through the process. I do think some of the add ons should be included in the base price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I heard that lean releases would be available soon. Also, Procore should have a scheduling section in the system. (like Project)

Its ability to wholistically manage projects from budgets to invoices and change orders

The submittal review process is not good. Adding an approval stamp to a submittal should not take as long as it does

It is solving my problems with budget managemet. This allows me to have more profitable projects

What do you like best about the product?
I like the workflow and being able to make distribution to all parties with 1 click.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot mark the progress on schedules and the automatic emails are not in a sent mailbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication from the field to the office, with the distribution list and workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Approval workflows, efficient field performance and ease of collaboration between internal and external users as well as vertically within the company. All while capturing data that can be pulled into various reports to determine metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting on "missing" items and "across tools" is non-existent and requires multiple reports to be exported, then copied into an excel file to generate usable information that spans tools and will show what items may be missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, the biggest issue that Procore has solved for our operations group has been the subcontract approval workflow that they custom built. It has significantly streamlined that process while capturing the necessary approvals and supporting documentation.
