What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have all the contract drawings in one place.
Receiving reminders of unfinished tasks, helps to keep items from falling through the cracks
and allows you to keep up with bulletin changes
What do you dislike about the product?
The file structure for the contract drawings is different from job to job. Not eveyone keeps up with tasks that prevent procure from reaching its full potential

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great software tool we use to track our commercial construction projects. The best feature of Procore is its ease of navigation throughout the app. The live customer support feature is also great to get real time support.
We use it daily on site while the project is live and it helps in a number of ways with all facets of reporting and it also keeps track of all site plant and notifying us when its due for maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several annoying issues that are being addresssed with Procores integration with 1Breadcrumb. We use 1BC for our staff tracking and site inductions and it seems rather cumbersome in certain respects. Hopefully these are ironed out as we move forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps with the management of most site operations. All tracking and monitoring of the job is detailed in Procore. It is also used on all our sites to monitor and document all our site specific OH&S issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Across the company we have found Procore to be a consistent, intuitive and clean platform. Information is easy to create, manipulate and access. As an admin I have had the same experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Procore has gone public I have found dealing with them a bit more rigid and corporate. The platform requires better integration or readers online with office documents via the web. Excel documents are all over the shop. Estimating and bid management has been dissapointing. We will likely drop them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has contributed a lot to the business. Improvements to business processes, collaboration, management of information, documentation of projects, and ease of creating forms and inspections.

Having the ability to managed all aspects of a project in one platform.

Not having integration with our financial tool (field servio)

Contracting, project management, financial tracking and invoicing are great tools that help up understand project health.

What do you like best about the product?
I use a lot the Procore Issues add in for Navisworks, it helps me tracking the issues of my projects and exporting reports for all the stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good. Sometimes the permissions and access is slow and needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Procore in our BIM and VDC area. We use specially the Issues for 3D clashes tracking. It is very productive for my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Drawings tool is far superior to any other product on the market. easy to upload, manage and track drawings. As well as link rfi's and other important documents
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot link RFI's to specifications. The Daily reporting tool is cumbersome. The punchlist tool needs improvement. Too time-consuming when closing items. Meeting minutes are not customizable enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful for relaying information and making sure everyone has the latest information. It is great at organizing day to day communication with trade contractors.

What do you like best about the product?
The drawings tool ensures everyone is working off the most up to date drawings, it also alows you to overlap different drawings, whether looking at a previous revision to see changes made or overlapping different floors.
The RFI tool helps contractors communicate with the design team and get answers faster.
Photos are automatically uploaded in live time, so you never have to transfer from your phone or camera.
The daily log tool helps keep detailed logs that can be viewed by project managers from the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Way too many E-mail notifications.
The punch list tool isn't easy to use, and can send way to many e-mails.
I wish there was a RFC tool, Request for Change. That i could link to an RFI and assign to subcontractors to get pricing for any changes made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore Helps guys in the field to easily communicate with the Architect and Engineers, as well as relay important information to the office staff in real-time.
