Procore is the best construction software around easy and runs soomthly.
What do you like best about the product?
Makes change order and submittal process easy to do and track. Also having all subs and owners access to easily see submittals, drawings and any important documents to each job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes procore can run slow im sure do to so many people using it but sometimes it can run slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore continues to updated the software and help it become soomther. The new Betta has been nice and the way you can use the new or old has made the transfer very easy.
Reliable product
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking changes updates, and sister apps such as BIM and Structionsite app
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes procore lags a bit, and loading times are decreased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and sharing contract documents of all sorts becomes seamless and provide for essential environments to keep a positive workflow

Streamline capabilities, robust archive database, excellent drawing viewing and linking features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zooming when you have a normal, non-drawing, document open is inconvenient; it zooms the browser window, not the document preview window. Some markups made on documents are not displayed in the preview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making a very convenient, accessible document archiving and sharing and reviewing process.

The billing for subcontractors is quick and easy

Financial doesn't have a reporting on what have been paid. Only on what has been billed. Please work on payment integration (with Sage)

Reducing time of billing and CO approvals
Procore is a great database that streamlines all construction, including design, and as-builts.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Procore is it is user friendly for all positions in a construction company, from an admin to a construction manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of personally, that is frustrating sometimes is when I want Procore to make a new report or have it do something new that would benefit me and my company, it takes a while to get that message over to the right people on Procre chat sometimes. But that may also be an unrealistic dislike as nothing comes immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration at the forefront is the most helpful. Everyone on my team has visibility to everything all on 1 interface.
Great resource for all things construction management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of contract writing and accessibility of project financial snapshots. The user interface is mostly intuitive for seeing over all budget. Syncs with ERP systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acronyms on the budgets are not self-explanatory, and not easy to see the flow of information and data from conception to reporting. Would be wonderful to have a more simplified option and the ability to generate basic accounting financial statements by project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The standardization of information has been excellent. It is incredibly convenient to have all the tools needed to create a successful project from start to finish.

Project Engineer
What do you like best about the product?
The modern feel to the user face. It makes it feel much more smooth functioning. The sleekness of it feels like a typical app and/or website. The procore team can help as much as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are a lot of tools that are powerful and maybe too powerful for some users. There is a lot of depth to the program and there are a few ways to get to where you want to that arent always first thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, it helps with both day to day issues and long-term project archiving. Day to day issues are handled and documented easier than creating your own documentation.
Awesome tool for trades work
What do you like best about the product?
The task list allows me to review my task and have multiple sources to use like the work order or the description i need for my tasks it also allows you to make a list of what needs to be done and when
What do you dislike about the product?
The daily log seems to be my biggest problem, not that it's bad, but it should almost just tie in with the timesheet tool instead of making two different pieces of information

it's helping me understand the task at hand and giving me exquisite detail of what needs to be done, also allows pictures to be uploaded for a better understanding of the topic
Working with Procore for many years now
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and functionality. It is really the best Project Management software out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sandbox feature doesn't work well. For example the GC took 1000's of photos for a my project and we can't migrate them the the owner's Procore.

It is helping me build buildings and manage all the data with ease.
