Streamlines project management
What do you like best about the product?
All information for project in one place with access give only to those you see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to send photos, you need to download them as a pdf rather than being able to copy and past directly to an email. Adds unnecessary file size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submittals and RFIs are much easier to track and to look up at later dates. All project information is stored in one place.
Great Tool for General Contractors. Good Potential for Sub Contractors
What do you like best about the product?
All the information for your project is at your fingertips in one program. You can navigate through Procore to review drawings, submittals, financials and project details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost too efficient. As a sub-contractor, we do not require all of the tools that Procore supplies since we manage a lot less. Some of the tools seem redundant and/or bulky. Do you set a task, send an email, send a general correspondence or an RFI? These are different tabs, so if you are within Procore trying to back-track a communication, you may have to jump around each feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interoffice communication and detail have improved immensely with the implementation of Procore. Before using Procore, there would be a lot more back and forth trying to find correspondence, follow up on submittals, or manage change orders.

What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial aspects of Procore are organization and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think emails and notifications can have a slightly better interface. Clearer wording on emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the problem of keeping all projects organized and in one central location.
Great Software for construction management. Most of the industry is using it now.
What do you like best about the product?
Managing documentation that is key for a project to succeed and keep all subcontractors in line with their duties and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Submittals and RFI search tools are not as fast-paced as needed to pull up in an emergency takes a good time to load even though wifi works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organization of submittals and RFIs. Contacting subcontractors through procore email, managing drawings.
Procore is a project management software with a financial cornerstone that makes cost control easy.
What do you like best about the product?
The change event module is the most beneficial tool of Procore. It is like having a build in notepad, where all activities are tracked and shared in realtime. With change events, extras aren't forgotten, zero-dollar changes are explained, backcharges to subtrades are documented, and management can see what is happening on a project without having to book a formal meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial set up of our company was not handled well. The online trainer did zoom meetings which were not company specific, so much of the training was irrelevant and did not make sense at the time. A follow up training session should have been done 3 months in, once users were more familiar with Procore. The customer service this year has really dropped. Our annual renewal wasn't presented to us and when I asked for customization, the IT support person said we didn't have a Rep assigned to us yet. That was strange given our years as a client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore management system overcame several challenges. One is the communication from field to PM to Accounting to Owner. Now everyone has access at all times. Two is cost control. PMs track events, leading to better billing and estimating future projects of similar scope of work.
Procore is very useful for Document tracking, Meeting Minutes, and Photos
What do you like best about the product?
The email function. My co-workers can review and track all emails
What do you dislike about the product?
The punch list template. Too many unnecessary steps to creating a Punch List item. Punch List items do not link to drawings and pictures already in Procore

N/A no issues
Procore has greatly improved our workflow and communication between our office and field teams.
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, unlimited users, unlimited cloud storage space, catered to the construction industry, 24/7 customer service, training and implementation guides included in price
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve for some users who aren't tech-savvy, requires a phone or tablet to use in the field, some collaborating companies do not use Procore efficently and it makes it difficult to use. Company level pages do not flow easily, job level within company level cannot be shared by company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working to make forms more easily customizable, providing more in person events to help with networking and better understanding of how other companies are using construction softwares.
Best way to keep every aspect of a project well organized and gather in one place
What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple reasons. Number one, I love the link between a prime contract with commitments(subcontractor contracts) for invoicing, change orders, PCO's, PCCO's, and CCO's. All the information collected will be passed or transmitted automatically from one place to another without losing too much time
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say dislike, but more like I would appreciate some upgrades on the mobile version. Maybe some options to make modifications when there are some minor errors in the processes too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the new messaging option will solve some issues with communications between GCs and Subcontractors. Using multiple platforms can become too laborious and complicated; having every aspect in one place feels more helpful for keeping tract of it.
