Indispensable construction project management platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidation of all pertinent construction project documentation into the cloud alloqing the transparent real time distibution of critical time dependent communciations.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is extremely flexible, there are many challenges to get a new roll out conifigured and tweaked in an optimum matter. This invaribly takes multiple project iterations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially ending revision control problems with project documentation. Streamlining the review and acceptance of compliant work. Eliminating double work by multiple project participants.
Procore is great for expanding companies in the construction industry.
What do you like best about the product?
It can house all necessary information and workflows. It can work with outside ERPs that most companies will be using. The UI is very friendly. Assigning custom permissions and creating custom reports/dashboards is very handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, we wish there was more depth to the customization options available for different workflows. It is not cheap, but the quality outweighs the premium price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helped us move away from paper timecards to digital time entry for our field crews. This data can also be imported into our ERP system, which helped automate the data entry aspect of payroll records.
Best way to have all the documentation of one construction together and connected.
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to have budgets, RFIs and Submittales with their cost impacts, Work Orders, meetings, punch list in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some programing issues, coding activities or subjobs is not that friendly for someone who does not have experience with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting all the different possible costs associated with the project, along with all the drawings, RFIs, specs and submittals.
Useful Tool for Up-to-date Project Data
What do you like best about the product?
Procore allows you to work in a collaborative environment. Tools like Change Events and the Daily Log give you an up-to-date image of the project's status. A very modern and friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most issues are related to third party services, like ERP solutions. In a general view, Procore is a very stable platform, and maintenance dates are informed with enough anticipation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of previous developments from Procore are now part of our daily activities for Project Control. Procore keeps developing new tools and processes to provide a robust solution. New implementations for Change Orders are the newer development that's been really helpful for our organization.
Nothing Like Procore for Managing Construction
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does Procore manage the miriad of tasks involved in a project it allows for collaboration with our owners and subcontractors. We are all using the same tool and seeing the most current information in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there could easier ways to navigate the program and reduce the amount of time spent clicking through tasks. One example would be reviewing invoices. Typically this are done in batches but each invoice takes you into the committments side and does not provide a quick way to get to the next invoice submitted. I have found the simplest way to be using my email inbox instead of Procore as a work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within the last year we added an integration to sync with our accounting software. This has greatly reduced the amount of time spent by accounting in data entry. Invoices from subcontractors are imported directly into Sage from Procore. Subcontractor billing has also been a great benefit as it reduces overbilling or subcontractors billing for unapproved changes.

What do you like best about the product?
The ball in court gates are what sold us. The bright orange buttons simplify the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. The software is working great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not emailing documents constantly. Also, there's a gate system where people know with certainty where the process is currently.
Procore is Better
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very easy to navigate and find the information that you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to rotate specifications after upload, interns did the upload for us and some pages are rotated 90. I would have to reupload to get it right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Submittals and RFI's track very well on Procore. Getting updates on past due items is helpful.
Great Tool for entire Construction Community!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore makes running a successful project easier! The ease of organizing submittals, RFI's and drawings for designers, owners and subcontractors to view is one of the best benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Procore would probably be its expensive cost...it is an investment that's worth making, but the initial fees for using the software can be a bit high and unrealistic for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the problems of effectively organizing drawing revisions by keeping the drawings in one place and only updating the sheets that have been changed, this helps with distribution as well because it keeps a log of who you send drawing updates to
Time saving / Error prevention
What do you like best about the product?
It reduces the time for all administrative construction processes, it saves time for the professionals involved, allowing them to focus on quality control, budget efficiency, and more tasks that use to be cut for time reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some implementation time, but 100% rewarding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the time and effort to compile every detail of my projects and consolidate them in safe storage, also I can link the final reports to the raw information easily, its time saving, time=gold

Provides a quick overview and status of all active items in project management

Some tools are a little restrictive and would be nice of we could adjust forms to add or remove fields
