Procore review from the accounting side
What do you like best about the product?
Procore allows your company to combine field information and accounting into a central platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a long-time user of on-premise ERP software, not having direct access to data was frustrating, especially when it comes to creating reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a better handle on the project budgeting and forecasting process.
Procore is the industry leader in construction software. However, there are improvements needed.
What do you like best about the product?
From the construction side, it is very nice to be able to encompass video of sites, contracts, change orders, etc. It is also nice how supervisors, etc can track job completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is lacking. Often times, emails to the support team can take hours to days for a response and often times, the response is not always helpful. They have the ability to integrate with multiple platforms (accounting software, etc), however, some of the integrations are still in prototype phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop shop from the construction management point of view. We use a seperate accounting software, and procore is always the source of truth as it comes to job contracts, etc.
Best Project Management Software I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate with all the efficient tools to get your projects done. And the best part is if you get stuck, Procore support will guide you within a few minutes. Can't recommend enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only experienced issues logging in once (it happens with all websites). Other than that, sometimes all the settings and permissions are hard to navigate, but I'll find the solution eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know what we need to submit to the Architect and Owners and get approved before we begin the work. We can easily see who is responsible for what and keep the subcontractors updated.
Procore has Simplified Everything
What do you like best about the product?
I find the pace of uploading drawings, searching drawings, and posting RFIs super beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the submittal & punch list workflow process. Additionally, I think mark up tools could use some tweaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Load management of documentation control. We are spending less time on tedious task like filing and slip sheeting.

What do you like best about the product?
How User-Friendly the program is, everything is easy to navigate and customise to suit a variety of circumstances/situations. We have particularly enjoyed using it as a tool for maintaining and improve our Quality component of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Australia, it would be great if it could be a tool better used for Safety, but unfortunately, some of the modules lend themselves far more toward Quality. If there were a way the tool could develop for Safety it would be an amazing all round tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore predominantly solves the issue of information transfer and quality of information/data. Prior to Procore, information was hard to obtain and the quality of the Data was questionable, with Procore and most cloud-based systems, this is alleviated as the information transfer is instant and due to the quality, is extremely informative allowing for better decisions to be made.
Fantastic tool for project teams on the go
What do you like best about the product?
We love the accountability of the system, being able to ensure transparency in our drawing register, contracts, RFI's and variations to all our staff and contractors. The unlimited storage in Docs is also amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The offline mode could be a little better. Also, being able to have multiple users working on one doc would be very beneficial. Lastly, adding a practical completion certificate would be beneficial. All feature requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our projects from a company level, as well as ensuring the management of our contractors. Furthermore, storing all our project data; which has not been possible with other systems previously.
Some learning curve, and after that good adoption throughout the crew.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is having information in one place that is accessible to everyone. It is an easy reference from the field and natural for the office to work in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of our projects and small and last only a few months. Procore is geared for larger projects so some of the workflows are cumbersome for small projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communicating information throughout the project team. keeping information in one place. using a common document style and system for the company.

The best part of Procore is the easy accessibility of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The less favorite thing about Procore is that the mobile device app needs a little more work on some minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy accessibility of documents to the correct people. I am saving a lot of time because of this.

Would like a daily to do list that could carry over to next day if not checked off.

After learning the tools and their capabilities I can absolutely see the benefit of Procore
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visibility ir provides based on role in a project. Very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are functions that have not been addressed by the Procore Team quite yet in regards to Timesheets and other tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is addressing all of our questions and for the most part are able to solve any of our issues. If they cant its only because Procore does not have the capabiliy to do what we need just yet.
