Procore construction project management survey
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a good project management tool to transmit information between contractors and owners. The feedback and redlined markup can be done within the software.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Project management/submittal manager in Procore should be given a list of recommended webinars or training to start the project. Procore has many great tools and features, but (submittal) managers have not learned to manage the project in Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exporting the submittal to show the approval of attachments into PDF allows peers to know the history of the approval process. That saves all the communications and increases the performance of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Great learning support, very comprehensive for contract life cycle management, user-friendly, great customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the technologies don't work correctly, so I cannot complete a task or report. Three week look ahead needs to be deleted to pull information from the master schedule that has been updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete comprehensive communication source to close the loop of information that needs to be shared across many stakeholders.

Simplicity.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of ability to sync across instances (i.e. if client "has" Procore and demands that we use their "version", we lose out on the data capture). Almost a deal killer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete and utter transparency on how we (and all other stakeholders on a project) are doing / performing (which is something we never had before).

What do you like best about the product?
Procore works as a whole, integrating its various components seamlessly. Great integration with DocuSign making things like getting Change Orders approved easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve. Procore often only has one way to do things which can feel limiting. Particularly when interacting with folks via Procore who are not accustomed to working within that environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is, for me, principally a solution for keeping track of the progress of various contracts tracking invoices, documents and change orders all in one (compairatively) simple interface.

Notification to subs and plan revisions are easily identifiable and notify everyone who is involved

We don't use the accounting component since it would require a manual data transfer

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, understand, and distribute to all users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions are too broad and need to be more restrictive. Each permission template should be created individually, not globally, as they are now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Current and accurate billing and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
The Drawing Management functions are top class, especially the ability to compare differences between drawing revisions, and hi-lite any changes between drawing sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting of the emails that Procore sends can sometimes be clunky and difficult to read. For example the RFI emails use a lot of unnecessary bold fonts and also the RFI emails do not present in an easy-to-follow chronological manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professional management of Instructions, Drawings, RFI's, Notices-of-Delays. All are streamlined and stored in a single location. Procore removes the need for many 'manual' Registers (RFI's, Instructions etc) that were all previously prepared labouriously in MS Excel.
A well organized program to plan, control and management of engineering projects.
What do you like best about the product?
All the tools that I have access to allow me to manage project within my company team, and outside organization such as companies, designer, owners; all of them together just through one program.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's one thing that isn't I dislike, I just hate it, note it can be cause I've been a user for short spam, so maybe I am wrong. But the display for invoicing, contracts, etc, it's so lame. I'm a civil engineer, and when I see the display and can relate it to a budget cost, all the things are the same; there's no structure, only the code cost, and when I'm working in long cost code sheets, I often get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not well aware of this topic, so I can talk too much about it; but I work under the supervision of a team leader, and whenever one of us has a proble, evenn the supervisor himself can't fix it. We try channeling our problem to your support team and have had wonderful assistance from your regard.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a valuable tool for tracking the day-to-day activities on the job site. You can track materials, manpower , drawings, accounting and several other aspects of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downfalls is not everyone uses it. It is easy to add team members to a project, but you can't always get them to use is to its full extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore makes it easy to track manpower hours and trade progress.
Simple program which is easy to follow
What do you like best about the product?
I only use the inspection section although I have access to other files. I like the ability to use the program off my mobile phone while in the field and complete my up dates on my desk top at home
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any real downsides. If there would be a change that I would like to see would be a more selective collection of photos per inspection. I do multiple inspections daily but sometimes I cannot complete my audit for a few days later. I would like to see that the photos for each site stay with that site instead of a combination of all the photos in the library that I have to go through because they are very small when the file is opened and after a few days your not sure what the photo is showing completely

The program is consistently updated and improvements are very simple to work with
