Great concept but not well executed
What do you like best about the product?
The concept of Procore is great - one place to keep all documents, drawings, correspondence, bids, contracts, and everything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every function of Procore is done markedly more poorly than a competitor's product. (As an example, markup in Procore is far more cumbersome than markup in Bluebeam.) Automated emails that go out from Procore are sloppily formatted and give an appearance of unprofessionalism. Bid packages pointlessly preserve a directory structure that end users find confusing. Overall the system lacks any sense of elegance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem Procore solves for us is preventing email from being used as a file cabinet, and making all project drawings available centrally. Having one "system of record" takes a lot of the guesswork out of recordkeeping.
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use mobile or tablet platforms make field use seamless. Multiple options for photo input is also very helpful. I can see exactly what a coworker is trying to explain from their location in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to have spec areas just like drawing areas. Occasionally we have a project with multiple locations that have a spec for each one, and the only way to upload that is to put them in the documents. Once that happens you cant use the tabs for each section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the flow of information blocks in construction from the home base to the job site. Nothing costs more than the loss of production, so keeping upto date information flowing is crucial.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an owner vs a GC
Magnificent support for tracking a construction project from start to finish.
What do you like best about the product?
What helps the most is to follow up on the pending tasks of each site in very granular detail. Anyone can follow up on those involved, or the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Suggestion for handling multiple currencies, since we are in Mexico, we use both foreign and national currency for the same project depending on the supplier, a field referenced with an exchange rate that performs the conversions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since everything is centralized in the same system, there are no discrepancies in the information, it is a single source that we all consult, and no information remains locally.

What do you like best about the product?
Procores real-time data uploads allow my team to work seamlessly from their ipads and computers without losing or missing important information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not perform all admin duties directly from ipad must be done on a computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps identify, organize, and distribute punch items to our trade partners. Having the ability to track these items and distribute these items in real-time makes the inspection process faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore does a great job at centralizing all your project information in one location and making it easily accessable to subcontractors from the perspective of a general contractor.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of emails from Procore from various actions. It would be nice if Procore could find a way to minimize email notifications. I understand there is a settings tool in Procore to help tweak these options, but I do not believe there is a good blend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore does a great job of Information Management and creating a workflow process for the contractor, design team, ownership, and subcontractors in order to complete a task.

Very slow to sync between phone, Ipad & notebook

The newest changes have not affected us in the field
Excellent App to Manage Projects
What do you like best about the product?
The most attractive thing about PROCORE is the ability to centralize all the documentation involved in running a project in a single tool. From having the directory of all the personnel working on the project, to being able to consult schedules, and create punch lists at the time of project closure.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the mobile application, it would be very useful if the photos could load in the background and not require having the application open as it currently does. I am currently working on the time sheets module, but I have found it difficult to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me greatly in managing the status of RFI's and Submittal's and in executing the quality and safety control plans established by the company for the execution of the projects.

the budgeting tool which gives us all the information that we need and where we are in our buy outs.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont really see any downside, procore has all the training videos available and also the chat support, so us the user has a lot of resources all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Use the Fillable forms and helps the Superintendents at the Project to view the progress and the crew working there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The submittals are limited on things to do, used just for documents and reminders to General Contractors and Superintendents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the fillable forms, is more practical easy to use and view, downloading the forms on each project and keep good history or records.
