Informative in Realtime
What do you like best about the product?
Drawings tool, easy to locate anything you are looking for quickly and precisely. No need to use pdf or Bluebeam to sort through each page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the costs it takes to keep using. It could go down in price as you add other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be great if we could get the payroll and time card applications; that would solve a lot, like not having to do daily reports and enter time because that is a double entry. We just purchased the estimating package, and I am trying to convince my boss to get the time card application.
Procore has been very useful for my company, because it offers flexibility and simplicity.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very easy to use. The application UI/UX is simple, and of course Procore provides everything we needs in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside until now is Language. We live in Indonesia and our field members sometimes do not understand English. Hope that Bahasa will be available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Delay. By using Procore, our field members regularly get notifications on overdue items. This is very helpful for our field members to maintain their taks.
Procore is instrumental in keeping our Waterworks construction business Flowing.
What do you like best about the product?
The transition between browser and phone application is seamless. Our field guys like it, which is huge, and our office staff adjusted to it very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say one of the difficult parts about using Procore is that the drawing markup tool is very limited. Procore could really take a bite out of Bluebeam Revu and other applications if they beefed up their drawings tools, but I still rely heavily on Bluebeam before uploaded a marked-up drawing to Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows quick communication between field and office staff. Photos tool is instrumental, and redline changes can be communicated to the field very quickly.
Great software for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Love how it easily documents and organizes files from budget, to invoices to POs. There's nothing this software is missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soemtimes the people who you chat with don't seem to be knowledged in everything where they could be.

To be able to manage all of our projects in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Procore is that it is user-friendly. Anyone with access to the project can quickly know where to look for documents, RFIs, submittals, punch list items, the directory, or any other project information. Procore allows you to customize the website based on your project, including your company logo, schedule dates, and preference for notifications and user access. You can also incorporate other website links within Procore as an 'app,' making it easier for all users to access the links that your project team utilizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
For punch lists, I wish there was a way to create multiple punch lists that are categorized and numbered separately. In Procore, you have one punch list. In our case, one of the trades made their 'work to complete items' on the punch list tab before the punch list even began, and the punch list numbering sequence was already at 400. So we either had to manually delete every single item (even in the recycling bin) or wait until our punch list surpassed 400 before Procore automatically numbered the items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore adjusted the Submittal tab, making it easier and more user-friendly to create submittals. This change helped our team save time when creating submittals and understand what each fill-out field means.

Procore is a very good platform for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface. Ability to use as a web browser is a plus. All sorts of help topics & a certificate training program really helps understand. Compared to other competitors, its pretty easy to use but there is a lot of things to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is expensive & I would like to see live training without having to pay extra. If an employee were to need a live training session, would like to see that take place.

Procore helps solve timesheets recording & tracking of commitments & budget. There is a forms feature we are trying to utilize now. Trying to get more engaged people engaged with the system.

Sending document and distribution to all parties ( Discipline ) and make a transmittal very fast, monitoring on project overview for all activities such as RFI, Submittal, Schedule, MOM

need connecting internet with high speed and sometime we are not have good signal in the site.

Procore have helpdesk to assist us if we have any trouble via chat
What Sets Procore Apart From All The Others: Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Procore's customer support team members have always (yes, that's a big word) been engaging, competent, professional, and kind. I appreciate their approach to any question or user problem. It reinforces how I want our business to interact professionally and personably with our customers.
A close second to Procore's support team is the intuitive (most of the time) nature of the management software. It's like real people from the construction industry did the software programming.
Procore's photo archiving system is also excellent. The superintendents like doing photo documentation/diaries. They also enjoy being able to retrieve the information to solve issues later in the project.
I have worked with six (6) software project management software systems. Procore wins, mic-drop.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor quirky parts with Procure. Quirkiness is a reality in any robust computer management system. These mostly have to do with processes that aren't intuitive regarding where they reside in the program.
The only specific issue I have inquired about that doesn't seem to be resolved is the process of billing for stored materials and how subsequent billings incorporate this process.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small/mid-sized commercial general contractor. Procore is solving some fundamental document control (drawings) processes, subcontracting, RFI, and Submittal workflow. The interface with DocuSign has been beneficial.

Procore will be your best companion in construction project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is always improving and accepting feedback. It also has an easy to navigate system and tutorials for new users. RFIs and Submittals are straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The financials tool could use some cleaning up. There seem to be some columns in the Budget tool that are not fed properly. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to move line items up/down in the CEs and PCO SOVs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping reduce the amount of work put into emails! Specifically, mass email distribution of submittals, RFIs, and drawings, and reminder notifications for punch list corrections and due dates.
