Procore's wide range of functions and ease of use make it the top choice for project management
What do you like best about the product?
The help sections and training provided with the program make it easy to learn how to use the program. There is so much functionality that you'll still be finding new tools to help advance your business for years to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions are set up to ensure the accuracy and stability of information, but these fail-safes can make some of the tools more difficult to adjust to information later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've tried many different project management programs and Procore is the most comprehensive one on the market. Using Procore saves us hours of project management time every day.
One stop shop for all project relevant documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I value Procore's ability to mitigate critical information gaps that traditionally existed between project partnerships. Procore's ability to bring real-time relevant information to the palm and desk of all those who are working towards project completion is paramount to a project's successful turnover.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the amount of notifications Procore disseminates throughout the day, its a common complaint from our subcontractors and suppliers that they see too much and become unmotivated or dismissive of emails about status updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining one communal point for critical information to be located so that both internal and external partners can assess the health and development of a project is the most important benefit Procore is providing us.
Updates and Innovations cause more trouble than good.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is comprehensive to handle almost all areas of project management with areas that connect to benefit communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates and innovations to the platform create firestorms of issues for users with custom sets. Customer service has dropped substantially with little real help without getting passed to other areas or sending links to the faqs. These issues have caused panic changes in our daily work to protect our projects and information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is benefiting the day-to-day as well as giving an easy-to-teach method for our project teams to use.
Procore is great, but not applicable/capable for every situiation.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is most helpful for basic project/construction management functions. For example, Procore has really streamlined the ability to upload, review, update and markup drawings. Procore also has good functionality for creating RFI's and submittal packages that meet most project requirements in terms of formatting and output.
What do you dislike about the product?
The two functions that are the most difficult for me are Submittal workflows and commitment/contract workflows. The reason these are difficult is because the workflows have a lot of steps that aren't always clear nor applicable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves many problems that create value for my company every day. Procore has created a user-friendly platform for managing construction documents and facilitating the exchange of those documents between contracting parties.
Procore is a powerful construction management tool that sees use every day.
What do you like best about the product?
The core tools are all solid, and easy to use. Linking of RFI's and contract document changes makes closeout a breeze. Punch list tool is also a good one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Financial management can be a bit buggy, there have been considerable UI changes over the past couple of years, just a learning curve each time they change it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of being a central location for project documentation, that everyone is able to access.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Procore could add a scheduling module. I currently use Smartsheets to schedule our projects.

Keeping all project related documents and communication in one place.
Usefull forge document organization and project managing
What do you like best about the product?
The different ways in which you can organize workflows and how the app helps to keep track of every aspect of the flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are working with old submittals you cant edit them by batch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing workflows and assigning responsibilities to all the related people in the project.
Useful tool but has room to improve
What do you like best about the product?
The follow-up of RFIs and submittals is very useful and clear, and the possibility to review a document online and simultaneously by several users allow for a optimal approbation flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
To allow a proper flow of each document, you have to create an item. You can create several item by uploading them via procore imports but you have to manually upload attachments and select other options making it a tedious task. On the oher hand, you cannot close or distribute several item in batches, so you have to do it one by one so it takes time. Finally, you cannot edit the approval flow once you have select one for several items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me procore solves the flow for documents and questions between the client and the constructor. This is beneficial for us because everything is documented and archived in a proper way.
Procore is an excellent integrated PM software
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, integrates with all the software programs we want it to, Sage integration, Cost forecasts

Amount of time it takes to get customized logs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is eliminating 3rd party programs and documents by being able to incorporate most of everything we need into one software program
New to Procore and loving the platform!
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from residential to commercial work, and Procore has made our transition seamless. It offers all the tools we need to function effectively as a new commercial general contractor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is a complicated platform, and with half of our staff out in the field, it has been challenging for us to get each team member up to par on functioning within Procore. We have had to train our team on an individual level, which can be time consuming. Most of our team in the field has had to learn Procore "as they go".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had a very outdated way to create contracts, change orders, and invoices (specifically monthly pay applications). Procore and its tools have really streamlined these processes for us.
