It's an awesome software for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting formats. Meeting Minutes, Tendering, Change Orders, Drawings tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Procore is excellent software.

Procore is saving time which can be utilized in other activities.

Easy to use, financial management tool is great, and great customer support in chat or via phone

Changes occur often and there is an occasional glitch after a system change or module update.

Proof of documentation to subs; easy daily reports, weather documentation.

Drawing collaboration, drawing revision history, and centralized directory.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom in and out function from submittals to RFI's to drawings all operate differently. If they standardized the zoom in/out to control scroll, that would be great.
They should allow designers to add comments on RFI so they can provide direction to their tier designers when changing BIC.

Simplicity of being all in 1 place. Everyone has access to items and you can choose who can and can't see certain items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloads can take time to generate, sometimes not generating at all.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides a very easy-to-learn and easy-to-navigate interface, with a Help Tool if ever in doubt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some terminology in data entry fields may be similar, but different on pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore provides for greater efficiency in workflow in sharing, recording and submitting data to other Procore Users, both internal and external.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the central HUB for all documents. I like the work flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of canned reports that come with the program. I also think the financial module needs more work. There are some big gaps within when things happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program is helping with project pictures and working as a collective project team.
Procore has made our construction process much more streamlined and efficient

The drawings tool as well as the photos tool. We have utilized these features a lot.

Sometimes the Drawing tool does not recognize the correct drawing name and number. Makes uploading Drawings that are not standard difficult.

Like any new software being implemented into a company. The time and effort required to implement a new software or tool can be significant, mainly if my organization is unfamiliar with the platform. Another potential challenge is providing training and onboarding for my team members, which can be time-consuming and may require additional resources. Some team members may resist using a new software or tool, mainly if they are comfortable with their current processes and systems.

By facilitating better communication and collaboration, Procore has helped my company identify and address issues more quickly, resulting in improved project outcomes. Overall, increased collaboration has greatly benefited my company and improved our success on construction projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the digitization of the processes we have in our company, and the freedom to do it in a way that best suits the needs of each key stakeholder. Additionally, the online support and improvement updates are something we value about the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some content has not yet been 100% translated into Spanish, and there is a need for greater penetration in Spanish-speaking companies with more success stories to create a community tailored to our Latin needs and idiosyncrasies.
