Procore makes day to day management & organization of projects easier.
What do you like best about the product?
It's an all round platform that encompasses the majority of tools needed to manage & organize a project. The team can communicate within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see inspection forms more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The field team has access to the newest information & mostt up to date documents at all times.

What do you like best about the product?
VERY USER FRIENDLY AND SO MUCH TO OFFER THAT WE ARE STARTING TO DIVE INTO.
What do you dislike about the product?
OUR SIGNATURE LINE WAS TAKEN AWAY IN OUR TRANSMITTALS. ALSO EVEN WITH ADMIN CAPABILITIES I STILL AM LIMITED TO WHAT I CAN DO OR CHANGE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NOTHING AT THE MOMENT WHICH IS A GOOD THING.
Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It is a central place for all the project info (drawings, budget, invoices, RFI's, SI's) and is very simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools could have more to them. i.e editing drawings, forcasting/budgeting, schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows everyone on our team to find all project documents in one place, and is easy to use.
Housing all project information in one source
What do you like best about the product?
Creating Design related RFI's through coordination module.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore does a great job housing design drawings. The issue I have is how approved shop drawings and approved submittals are being housed. Currently, there is no standard as how to handle approved shops. So project teams either house them in a documents folder or creates a sub folder of uploaded drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently procore's coordination issues and models is the best way to track issues related to design teams drawings. The mobile 3d model viewer allows people in the field to create dimensions on their own in a fast and simple way!
Procore integration puts more tools in the supervisors' hands.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which field supervision can review drawing changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, figuring out the distribution of RFIs took some thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The drawings feature keeps everyone on the same page. There's no rework due to someone using an old drawing set.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of learning the ins and outs of different modules. And awesome for recordkeeping of all files and drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
i haven't found anything to complain about.

BIM colobration process made simple by Procore.

What do you dislike about the product?
The setup for the cloud based model is difficult to execute.it should be easy for every individual. The Procore add-in is very slow and never give you proper access these are issues i face personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore enables the liability to access all the required documents, models and markups from every corner of the earth.

Great UX and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has an intuitive and easy-to-navigate UI that means even the least tech-savvy person can become self-sufficient with either mobile or desktop app very quickly. This, along with the powerful tools offered by Procore, allows us to ensure we are being collaborative across the team and our trade partners.
Additionally, the technical support is great. You are always speaking to a live person, even though the chat feature, and they work hard to ensure the response time is low and the issue gets fixed.
Overall, the software is excellent for both the project management and site teams, plus you get to work with a company that is very focused on building relationships and giving back.

What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint is something that Procore is working on implementing, and that is the ability to have a connected environment between accounts. Allowing customers, trade partners, etc. who have their own accounts to connect with our for a project(s) and sync information will be so beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows us to improve collaboration across the team in real time and gives us data insight across all of our projects to manage projects better by improving transparency.
A must have for any construction company!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Procore can be your one & only source for project information. It offers a module for all processes and stages of construction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes pages can be slow to load. Also, there are times when there is a lot of technical issues that prevent you from using Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping to solve the over-burden of emails. By having the ability to distribute project information & documentation directly from Procore, it reduces the overwhelming amount of incoming emails and trying to find them later on in the project. All the information is in one spot & easy to find.
Transparency and Accountability
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have access to the same information as everyone else on the team from a single source. Communication is easy when everything is loaded correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how many emails are generated. It would be better to get a single email in a digest format for all of the submittals and RFI's. Getting 20-30 emails in a single day is overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is providing the communication and transparency issue that we have had. I can easily see who is responsible for each task when logged into Procore. It has eliminated some of the prior issues we had.
