What do you like best about the product?
Good way to have consistency for all PM's
What do you dislike about the product?
The word processor on many of the text fill-in items is outdated and doesn't follow along with the window. If you need to alter something, you have to scroll a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have not solved any of our major questions yet.
Can get cost prohibitive in hurry

Collaborative platform. Ease of access and collaboration capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
User experience. Navigation is dependent on mouse clicks with lots of selection of singular records. Not very suitable for data entry

Project visibility from all angles. Timely and relevant reporting.
Procore is the future!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore's true field management and project management-oriented solutions. It's not an ERP system w/ bells and whistles for construction. Cutting-edge tech w/focuses on gathering good data to drive decisions and actions. Analytics is top-notch, and the support teams are simply the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions for certain tools need to be more granular. Sometimes the "all or nothing" approach creates unnecessary internal constraints or too much "power" to standard users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping identify the leading KPIs to course correct before all is lost. It's important to identify issues and have data to back it up, so that timely intervention can help prevent fee erosion and loss of clients.
At times frustrating but still the best construction management software out there
What do you like best about the product?
Their support is incredible, integrations with other software/services bar none
What do you dislike about the product?
often opaque, systems will stop working without much warning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage all of our projects in Procore, it's a one stop shop.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a very user friendly and intuitive program that has helped our projects organize documents, files, drawings and other day to day project communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the way drawings are marked up and linked to RFIs based in comparison to using other construction project software. I have yet to try the financial side of Procore and am looking forward to seeing what works and what doesn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any issues with Procore recently that I have needed to reach out for assistance. I will reach out should anything come up in the future that I am unable to sort through.

The project management tools are the best. The financial tools are good, but getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The preconstruction tools do not currently work for our project teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is one of the best tools that is solving problems for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Project management tools are the most helpful, and the financial module and budget management are a huge opportunity for general contractors to complete project on time and under budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Budget modifications and change events tools. also the configurable pdf should be the same area you enter the pay app modifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cash flow it is benefiting the company to ensure all costs for the given period are billed in the payment application.

What do you like best about the product?
Project efficiency, transparency. Communication and tracking is so much easier.

inability to make forms obsolete and creating templates can be confusing

Procore is always working on making the platform more user friendly and allowing greater customization

Some systems have issues with integration but I am confident with time these bugs will be worked out.
