Procore is a great colloboration software.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore helps make managing jobs easier. It allows sharing of information with many other platforms, which has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Procore team really does listen to its users and make changes. It is hard to tell
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with some of the other best software used in construction has been very helpful and I hope they continue to do so.
Streamlining our processes, keeping us on track and logging it all as we go
What do you like best about the product?
Giving all our employees a tool to do their tasks quickly and the same way every time. As a company we can set the rules for our employees to act within, we get clarity and a log of events which is great for internal improvement and in cases where we need thorough documentations on events in a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an expensive tool, and some of the functionality in the workforce time keeping tools are really not comprehensive enough - to get the tools we need, we need to buy in to the new workforce management tool to plan our installers to the jobs, even though we have timekeeping as part of our package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have solved the whole overview issue that we were missing, it is now much easier for the PM and executive's to both run and keeping track of the projects progress. We can see "stuck" situations earlier because we have all the information available on Procore Dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with other software, Add-on applications, simple interface, different tools, how easy to invite team members, customer support, always upgrades, information exchange

Has many layers of settings, creating templates could be easier; cross information between the owner's accounts & general contractors' accounts should be updated,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaboration & coordiantion between different teams was always a challenge; sharing drawings, specs & project informations was much eaiser, creating RFIs & change orders are much easier

Mobile tools, platform new, good tool for photos

Minimal functionality on scheduling, tool is very basic

I love using Procore. It is user friendly and customizeable for our project teams & delivery methods

What do you like best about the product?
Well organized platform. Easy to find what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you were able to upload video files into the photos section. Currently you are only able to upload photo images into that section. The people directory is also clunky to use. You are unable to edit an email address once it is entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is using Procore as a project management location. We store documents, drawings, photos, daily logs, bid information... etc in Procore.
Procore is hands down the most user friendly application in the Construction Industry
What do you like best about the product?
Being user-friendly, new users can easily pick up the software while experienced users find it easy to use it for different companies that may have different processes
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin i sometimes find it difficult to edit/create custom Company/Project level templates for things such as inspections and observations, they navigation to do this is not as straight forward as i would like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are increasing the number of integrations from Procore to other apps which is making our lives easier, also tries to simplify processes that would otherwise be complicated

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the versatility of each of the Tools. The granular settings available for each Tool make it easy to customize them for your unique use. Also the Instant 24 hour tech support helps immensely
What do you dislike about the product?
Here are a few items I dislike:
1.) I dislike the fact that users MUST have Procore profiles to submit info. Ideally Procore is capable of receiving information from individuals that do not have Procore accounts ie safety docs & checklists.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is our main Tool for storing and managing Project Documents such as Drawings, Specifications, RFIs, Contracts, Change Orders and more. This benefits us by having one consolidated source for all documents that can be easily sent to and coordinated with other stakeholders. A large percentage of stakeholders are also acclimated to the use of Procore which makes the coordination even more fluid and organic.
Great all round construction software management system.
What do you like best about the product?
it covers the full spectrum of the construction process. from pre-con, budget, change orders, drawings, RFi, safety & schedule. i belive no competitor offers the same amount of packages in one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the owner's perspective, I believe there should be more options geared toward the owner package. 30/60/90 budget & design reviews. Constructability reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are a worldwide medical devices company with projects in all continents. The currency exchange module needs to be resolved asap. yes its allowed us to track cost on projects in a standard format.
Procore is easy to use and share information between all important parties on projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore constantly updates its features to make it the most user-friendly experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Procore's fault, but the number of subs/architects that refuse to use Procore is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating commitments would be incredibly time-consuming and challenging if not for Procore.
