Everything you need right at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
Procore offers a one-stop shop for all your project needs. We like that we can reach numerous subcontractors and suppliers with accurate data with just one program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Procore is that you must have the team that will utilize all areas and a team that will make sure all information is accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping us by allowing all information for the project to be found in one centralized location and helping us eliminate double work.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great tool if you have a team that is willing to learn and overcome its idiosyncrasies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore has a lot of quirks and lock ends where if things aren't done in a particular order you hit road blocks. Some items require a lot of forwards and backwards movements to accomplish a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are slowing moving away from excell spreadsheets by utilizing procores tools. this allows everyone to be on the most updated version of information and allows both office staff and field staff to be on the same page
Great Software to Manage Construction Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything in one place. I can upload all of my documents, insurance, subcontracts, etc. and it's all easy to find. The new features, such as conversations look like it will be cool, once it's fully functional. I like being able to mark-up drawings within Procore instead of keeping a physical set of as-builts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes there is a lot of double work. If there were better/more integrations with outside products (Adobe/SAGE/etc.), it would be more helpful. I know there is already and integration with SAGE, but we struggle with having to put data in SAGE and then having to go to Procore to input more data. It'd be beneficial if all data could be put in Procore and synched to SAGE that way. I would LOVE to use Adobe sign instead of Docusign for signing subcontracts. We already pay for Adobe, so we won't pay to have Docusign also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is trying to solve problems by implementing the Workforce Planning and GCPay modules. I don't know if that's something my company will look at using, but it does appear that Procore is trying to be proactive at making work easier.
Very useful tool for managing construction projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The drawings tool is second to none for tracking plan updates and comparing old revisions to new ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The markups on the drawings tool need to be revamped and improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing costs, changes, and tracking change orders. Integration with docusign is beneficial to execute change orders and commitments.
Cadillac of Construction Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
The wide array of tools, from preconstruction to project and field management and financial integrations. These are in addition to many 3rd party apps available to get the right tool into use. Seamlessly lets all stakeholders access the most up-to-date information, no matter where they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any disadvantages of using Procore; the CS team assists me whenever I have a question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our jobs are more than 100 miles away from our corporate office, so tracking progress from a distance is a huge benefit.
I can collaborate with Procore
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Procore is that all of my project management work is in the same place AND that I can collaborate with internal and external team members. By including external team members my submittal, RFI, and drawing management process is more efficient. Procore becomes the single source of truth and I can get more out of my email inbox. I can run very dynamic meetings, being able to pull all things up on screen very quickly. Internally we use Procore financials and they are in a platform that keeps me in their daily, maintaining and projecting the project budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore lacks a robust reporting option. The report builder can only pull data from one area in the software. We are able to "get by" with our project based reports, but we are beginning to try and report across multiple projects, and it's looking like you need an add-on solution to get any traction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is working on their mobile app by adding efficiencies for our onsite personal - they are important users and editing the product to help them work faster with more accuracy is a win. Procore is working on a permissiosn issue with financial project reports - I have not tested this myself yet, but I'm glad they are listening to feedback.
Efficiency boost
What do you like best about the product?
Procore keeps all of our data together on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Purchasing all the toolsets can become expensive, until you can consider all the software that's no longer necessary and the increased efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating subcontracts and purchase orders in procore (along with the DocuSign integration) has eliminated a ton of administrative work and freed up that time to be used elsewhere.

Procore Benefits
What do you like best about the product?
Its collaborative functionality and platform to centralize all construction documentation and allow the project teams, including consultants and subcontractors, to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ERP integrations with various financial institutions make the financial analytics tool a challenge. The bulk of a projects document coordination is its financials which include bid tender, subcontracts, change management, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ERP integration is not at the top of Procore's research & development for 2023, making it difficult to recommend other general contractors to switch over to this software.
