Procore is very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
You can filter just about any category in order to get the specific data that you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there may be a little TOO much information on the budget. Column wise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping all of our senior staff understand the budget better. We had Prolog previously and it was very hard to navigate and understand.
Extremly user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and tracking are easy to understand and a great way to track info from employees out of town. Also wonderful that everything is archived and saved in one location, makes it simple to track down old or finished projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
One down fall is that the app for IOS and Android sometimes takes a while to update and refresh new info that's been added. I'd also really like to see an option to sort by This (current) Year or Last Year when filtering by date in reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined how we report and capture company information (timesheets, inspections ect.). It has been a great way to improve our carbon footprint by switching to a primarily electronic system instead of handwritten timesheets, T&M tickets, etc.
Procore is Fantastic!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is extremely user friendly and their support system is amazing. They provide step-by-step instructions and how-to videos for all of their tools which make it easy even for the guys in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newest updates have made things a bit more cumbersome, but they are always trying to enhance their tools and the user experience. Would love to see improvements in the Reports tool to add more options and flexibility when trying to filter reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is reducing the time it takes to perform construction management related tasks. We used to use Prolog and using Procore now has cut time in half compared to what it used to take in Prolog.
Architect that's been using Procore for approximately 7 years now.
What do you like best about the product?
Communication and distribution to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of emails that it auto-produces. It's far too many if you have multiple projects. Procore needs the ability to generate reports for RFI and Submittal versus one email per RFI or submittal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to hold all drawings, submittals, RFI's, and documents. Team engagement has increased as well.

Having all your needed information in one place and being able to link my budget with the financial costs.

Possibility to match my financial costs with budgeted and being able to check my financial status in one place
Quick, Simple, and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Easy document management. Great collaborative abilities with interactive drawings. Simple to use cost and budgeting programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The change order process is a bit difficult to start and needs getting accustomed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, there are not many issues that we have relayed to Procore. However in the past, Procore has been very responsive to resolving issues that we notice.
Procore Makes My Job Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have all my documents, drawings, billing and submittals in one place. We use to have various software for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
O Drive - if my PM is working on our PCO log (excel file) and if I am working on the same file, we will experience file conflicts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have everything in one cloud-based system.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an all in one Construction Management Tool that has streamlined our business. And the support team is the BEST out there!
What do you dislike about the product?
I Cant think of a thing I dislike. Procore and its vast capabilities keeps getting better with the more knowledge about its capabilities we gain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Budget Tracking. Submittal tracking. Daily Log Tracking. Drawing Updates, Invoice tracking, Change Order Tracking. So much more!
A very informative conference!
What do you like best about the product?
The overall knowledge of the Procore presenters. I appreciated the willingness to demonstrate the different modules of the Procore platform. I have not used another platform besides Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a little disappointed with the hotel shuttle system. It seemed that it wasn't thoroughly thought out. Better coordination with the hotels in the are of the convention center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Estimating issues as well as man power tracking. We are currently researching how this can improve our overall productivity. Hopefully the Workforce module can help us better track labor needs on projects.
I have a love-hate relationship with this software.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an excellent Project Management software...for in the field. It's got great capabilities with giving all users access to the current plans and specs in real time. And the hyperlinking to sections and details is a heavily used feature. It's nice to have the directory readily available for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where I start to have issues is when the ERP Integration comes into play. In theory, it is nice, but in actuality, it is not the most user-friendly tool. Once an item is sent to the ERP, there is no notification on the screen telling you that there are unsynced items. You have to wait to receive an email the next day telling you that unsynced items exist in the ERP. But also, it's not easy to tell if you've accidentally left an item unsynched (not sent to or synced with the ERP). And if you need to edit a previously synced item, it's a multi-step process that starts in the other software (the one you are sending data to - for us that is SAGE 300CRE), then in the ERP, then you can edit.
I'm also slightly irritated by the lack of concern for data entry ease of use...what I mean is, we tab and type and get into a rhythm for entering items into fields. In several areas of Procore, you MUST stop, grab your mouse and click a dropdown box, and scroll to your selection, but other areas have where you can begin typing the word of the item you want from the dropdown box and it appears. There are also dropdown boxes that are in alphabetical order and areas where they are not. I think the word I should use is "inconsistent".
Despite my complaints, though, it is usable and manageable - there is just a large learning curve.

Procore is solving the problem of the office and field staff being completely separate. This allows for better across-the-board access for not only our employees, but for our subcontractors, owners, and design teams to plans, specs, RFI's, submittal data...all of the things that everyone needs access to!
