Honest review of Procore
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that everything is located in one place. Documents, communication, events, and tasks. As a subcontractor with many projects ongoing at one time that is nice to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our GC's have separate log-ins to Procore making it difficult to manage where to go to retrieve information. Example: One GC has its own Procore account, and i cannot just log-in to see all of my projects that i'm assigned too without going to individual GC's procore and then finding that project. I also wish i could download project contacts directly into my phone, vs searching for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do like the workflow streamline and custom forms. Keeping all the documents and changes to documents in one place. We are a smaller subcontractor who deals with larger construction entities so we need to be nimble with our workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything can be in one place for construction managers. I use it for notes, photos, meetings, RFI's, Submittals, Schedules, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything is great. I use it both on iPad and desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great software that I use on both my iPad and Desktop.

What do you like best about the product?
The way i can load my project data, and it becomes available for all members of projects

I think we need to make ir more user friendly, and extend the use of the report tool

Forecasting the outcome of the projects
Procore is a very construction friendly software covering the PM & construction operation functions.
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps drawings, meeting minutes, specs., RFI, transmittals and submittals organized, and it has deficiency recording functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its budgeting functions need to be further developed, i.e. change order and change event functions takes too many steps and time to enter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps drawings, meeting minutes, specs., RFI, transmittals and submittals organized, and it has deficiency recording functionality, which saves time in book keeping, and easy to search for them.
Helpful tool in the construction workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like how all aspects of the project, from Bidding to Invoicing, is streamlined in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, Procore can be slow at uploading information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At present Procore I do not have any issues with Procore that directly affect my position and what I use Procore for.
Makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of all aspects of my project in one platform. Things are organized and linked well and are easily trackable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backtracking out of mistakes. It is not that easy to correct mistakes, even by an admin once things are processed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating the bidding process.
Document tracking and management for a job cannot be easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can categorize and extrapolate information as needed whether past or present for a job.

Sometimes the amount of steps can be a little cumbersome when things could be simplified down

It is solving how we organize and manage Projects with easier access to information

What do you like best about the product?
It creates a repository for all your projects needs suited to construction

Price is an issue. While Procore can justify the price, seems a bit pricey

Basically a one stop shop for all parts of the process. Mobility is excellent and allows on the fly updates

The presentation by Fred Mills was one of the most uplifting and powerful that I have seen. Thank you!

There were no opportunities to meet others from the same locale, such as Canada. Nothing was organized.

Technology for our industry will make change management easier.
Leadership
What do you like best about the product?
The topics! Very helpful without being sales-y
What do you dislike about the product?
The venue was not great - it didn't have a decent mother's room. I would have liked to see small networking breakouts throughout the day. IE come meet women in construction leadership, come meet DEI champions. I understand there are 'hubs' for it in the expo, but with everyone going and coming through the day, it would be nice to have it in one spot.
