Great organizational tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track insurance certificates for companies that we work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to customize how reminder emails are automatically sent to companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps subcontract and purchase order numbering from being duplicated.

The Procore financials. The change events, commitments, and change order tools make it very easy and efficient to manage budget/costs.

What do you dislike about the product?
The prime invoice is not user friendly for accounting. Our accounting team does not want to use it to integrate it with the commitment side.
The punchlist reports can get some improving. The printout PDF with photos does not look great.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the transmittals/emails are saved for me to reference later.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the same person cannot be linked to two different companies. I think it's a ridiculous solution to ask my vendor to create a new email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives the team a place to update our information that everyone has access to.

What do you like best about the product?
Using fillable PDF forms with company logo for field foremen that they can open, complete, and email on iPads. It reduces field training to the minimum and makes their complicated life a little easier. Managing subcontractor licenses and COIs is also great with automatic notifications a couple of weeks before expiration so we can maintain up to date records on all of our subs.
What do you dislike about the product?
After adding a new user to Procore, it takes a while for the search to update to find them to add them to projects or update other information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us quickly share data between the corporate office and the field crews at the project sites. Having Procore on an iPad at a project site is a tremendous benefit. Essentially, it's a digital clipboard that can hold a file cabinet of data like drawings, specs, forms, daily reports, and progress pictures.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an all-in-one construction management tool. Procore is user-friendly and keeps me very organized. The Techincal Support is excellent; I don't have to wait long to get answers.

There is nothing that I dislike about Procore

Procore solves the communication issues with our field people. I get answers immediately.

Procore helps show you how to work within the app. And they have an excellent support team if you have any questions.
Procore works for my needs in tracking a project especially punch items

The communication to all team members, holds team member accountable

I wish that when an email was sent that the Procore punch number appears in the subject of the email out of Procore

communication and accountability. I don't feel like I have to "babysit" team members

The setup is easy to access through any device, even your cellphone.

The financial aspect of it does not correlate to much available software in the market.

Procore's wide range of functions and ease of use make it the top choice for project management

The help sections and training provided with the program make it easy to learn how to use the program. There is so much functionality that you'll still be finding new tools to help advance your business for years to come.

Some of the functions are set up to ensure the accuracy and stability of information, but these fail-safes can make some of the tools more difficult to adjust to information later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've tried many different project management programs and Procore is the most comprehensive one on the market. Using Procore saves us hours of project management time every day.
One stop shop for all project relevant documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I value Procore's ability to mitigate critical information gaps that traditionally existed between project partnerships. Procore's ability to bring real-time relevant information to the palm and desk of all those who are working towards project completion is paramount to a project's successful turnover.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the amount of notifications Procore disseminates throughout the day, its a common complaint from our subcontractors and suppliers that they see too much and become unmotivated or dismissive of emails about status updates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining one communal point for critical information to be located so that both internal and external partners can assess the health and development of a project is the most important benefit Procore is providing us.
