Not having all the same abilities between web and mobile experiences. E.g. invoice on mobile

Not much of a downside. There is a learning curve for new users.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of communication for all relevant project participants. Streamlines all aspects of project start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a plug in for our accounting software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app allows our Project personnel; PM, Superintendent, field staff, Client & subcontractor to view all relevant live data pertinent to the project.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore's organization of most all the needed tools for the project lifecycle. It maintains the integrity of the data and helps control the outcome for turnover to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most tools do a good job. Procore needs to advance their tool sets to better suit projects needs as the interest and adoption of the software grows. More custom fields and better owners reporting are sorely needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows for required document control, inspection tracking and financial management. We are able to provide training and resources to support the platform so that teams can completely use one platform for the construction management of a project.

Favorite Software So Far

What do you like best about the product?
I love the drawings, RFI, and submittal tools in Procore. The interface is very clean and easy to use. When you receive revisions to drawings, it's very easy to upload them to your current drawings and then go back to previous revisions as you need them. Like other software, Procore has the ability to cloud details and tag RFIs to your digital set. You can also tag things that might be related such as submittal information or field observations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is the features available in the specifications tool. I wish it had the markup features that drawings do. Like drawings, sometimes we have RFIs that override/change something noted in the specifications. It would be good to be able to markup the spec accordingly by tagging the RFI. Currently, the specification tool does not have this feature, and it's a fundamental necessity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that is pretty common on most jobsites is always making sure that the field crew has the latest information to build off of. The use of Procore helps us to manage this problem. When new information is received, it is immediately uploaded and distributed using Procore. Our field crew and subcontractors directly receive a notification on their mobile devices or via email that new information is available for the project. Procore keeps everyone as up-to-date as possible.

Another problem that Procore helps us with is streamlining our internal workflow for change orders. In previous years, our company prepared change orders for internal review, printed them out, and manually routed them around the office for the necessary approvals. Procore eliminates all the unnecessary paperwork and the hassle of having to chase people down for approvals.
