I like the one stop shop that Procore has created
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a knock on Procore but field internet can make the system slow

I use Procore to help training indivduals in about construction processes

What do you like best about the product?
Drawings tool. Able to find answers within seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Specs tool is not user friendly. It doesn't sync well. Specs will disappear.

Mobile friendly. Streamlining communication to the field. Not missing any change.

Best Project Management software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has all of the tools our teams, both internal and external, need to manage their projects in one place. It's easy to use, and is a great collaboration tools

Some people are resistant to using technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore makes our teams more efficient, and ensures everyone on the project has the most current information.

It makes things happen faster. Easy to use. Everything in one spot.

Beta items that pop up on screen when working on important items.

It's one stop shop therefore our whole project lives there.

Very easy to get and upload your data into the workflow

I wish that Procore had more of an embedded accounting integration. But honestly not much else.

PRocore integrates all of the data into one central platform which saves time
User-friendly platform that is great for all from office staff to site leads.

Procore is exceptionally intuitive and user-friendly. The streamlined platform has helped our company maintain lean construction practices at all levels.

The scheduling function does not integrate well with submittals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving our document management through the issuance of RFI's, submittals and schedule management.
Data-Centric Construction
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a great central place to keep all of our data. I like how we are able to cross-reference RFIs to Submittals to Change events. Gathering back up for dispute resolution is much easier with Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Daily logs are not very helpful - we should be able to customize them much easier than it is right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a central location of drawings to make sure everyone is building off of the current set. We no longer have to print new sets every week.
Efficient Project Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to communicate, manage information on the road to access information and collab with all team members. Very efficient platform with lots of customized abilty.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizations allow every company to do some unique itmma which can create some complexities when a sub and GC are both utilizing system indepentdly. Good work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manageing doucments on the road and communicating the complexities of the projects with all parties involved. Very user friendly with lots of customization. Great Tool
Everything has been great. The amount of support Procore gives is top notch.

The process management and availability of information!
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports function - cross tool reporting is a must.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore just released the new timecard entry update. This has saved PM's time every week. It also proved Procore is listening to its users.
