Procore Boosts Team Collaboration, But Needs Improvements in Submittals Extracts and Forms
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a very user friendly platform for both techy and non techy users! Being able to collaborate with 300-400 collaborators all on one platform is huge for our company. All in sync all working together to get the job done. Team is what it takes and Procore plays a big part of our success!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to extract Submittals easier. Right now we have obstacles with submittal file lengths that causes many errors resulting in rework or renaming submittal titles. I would like to see the Doc management facelift available to our company. I would also like to see the Forms tool reformatted making hunting for specific forms a breeze....similar layout or dashboard as the drawings tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the latest version of drawings readily available and the compare revisions feature helps save time wondering and reviewing the changes.
Centralized Project Management with Room for Improvement in Task Copying and Template Control
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Procore system provides a central location for project documents, workflows, and it is much easier to share files an SharePoint. The implementation support team has been great, while implementing I have had questions answered quickly. I am in the system daily and support users multiple times per day. This has provided us with much better job books. we have also Integrated with SharePoint and are using SyncEzy to bring our standards into Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some shortcomings with the ability to copy tasks from one project to another. I also need a way to lock a folder structure in a template that project managers cannot change. With great power comes great responsibility and I have had to limit the PM permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had gaps with job books in the past and having Procore has helped us keep things centralized and we don't have to worry about hunting for data like we have in the past.
Convenient All-in-One Platform, but Some Tools Are Slow
What do you like best about the product?
Having one platform for all our construction needs. Not having to work on multiple platform saves time that can be spent elsewhere. The product is fairly user friendly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest pet peeve is how certain tools can get bogged down and add time to your process. For example, the Submittal tool takes several minutes to upload a PDF. I have to constantly refresh the page until the PDF is downloaded before I can add my cover sheet and markups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI capabilities is making the process of researching information inside Procore more efficient.
Procore: Comprehensive Project Management, but Too Many Clicks Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has the potential to serve as a comprehensive solution for handling every aspect of a construction project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too many clicks to complete tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore gives easy access to all project data and makes that data available to the entire project team at any time
Great for RFIs and Submittals, but Drawing Tool Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to make RFI's and submittals, as well as all the workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawings tool. It is not intuative and we prefer Blue beam but would like to use the Procore more if they can refine it.

It is helping us create a standardized way of doing all our work.
Great Project Management Platform, But Needs More Features for Retail Construction Owners
What do you like best about the product?
Single platform that allows you to manage projects from a single source. There are multiple tools that interact and allow you to gather data relevant to the past to better plan for the future..
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some tools that are geared more towards GCs but others use it as well. They need to spend a lot more effort on owners - but not Developer Owners - owners of retail type construction,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One single platform that allows you to see all relevant data in one location and create reports based on various project aspects.
Great for Project Storytelling, but Some Features Need Streamlining
What do you like best about the product?
Data collection and timelines to explain the project storyline, improve processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are cumbersome to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Installation data has helped me increase quality and production. Capturing punchlist items has allowed us to analyze and share the data with the contractors in order to improve quality and reduce delays.
Great User Experience, but Scheduling Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. I like the way it is layout however am very used to Autodesk and loved the layout there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling portion of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between team. Making sure that my entire team is aware of what's going on makes a huge difference in completion on time and on budget
Excellent Construction Management, but Markups Tool Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Procore does an excellent job of ensuring that everyone stays on the same page and has access to the most current information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The markups tool is in serious need of an update. While Procore stands out as a top construction management software, its markups feature feels falls short compared to the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform helps streamline submittal and RFI processes.
Great All-in-One Platform, but Updates Are Slow
What do you like best about the product?
One platform for project teams to use for many aspects of the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes/updates sometimes feel slow to be rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me create invoices, reporting, tracking costs which makes my job easier.
