Procore... a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides me the ability to rapidly shift between projects and get the insight and answers on questions being asked. The auto reports save me loads of time as clients and users are kept up to date on regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have tried to find a dislike... after much thought I am still looking for one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore provides the ability to easily track, monitor, and report on the project cost, project schedule, and project deliverables.
Procore is the only answer
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the only comprehensive solution to project management. It's the only construction management software that includes the tools needed for the entire lifecycle of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements can be made to tool uniformity. An example is that some drop downs search by first name, some search by last name, and some let you search by company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore eliminates the need to utilize multiple programs to manage a project. It allows us to set standards and uniformity among all projects. This allows employees to switch from project to project and know exactly where the information they are looking for will be located, eliminating the learning curve.
Good program, but has its flaws.
What do you like best about the product?
Financial Tools for tracking commitments and budge status. Also very helpful for reviewing draws for each month. Good organization for contracts and purchase orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto updates cause issues in system. Sometimes the response time for critical help issues is delayed, which has caused issues with our draw packages being completed on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One locations for all of our contracts and purchase orders. Keeps them organized and tracks billing accurately. Helps with ensuring we have all items in place and keep track of historical data.
Procore - Construction management
What do you like best about the product?
RFI, Submittal and Drawings tools are really good
What do you dislike about the product?
Daily Log tracking, Scheduling, and reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely help better to do construction management
Procore is a simple and thorough tool for managing construction projects.
What do you like best about the product?
The document management tool for sharing drawings, specs and Shop Drawings with team members. It is great to know that your team is working using the latest documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few tools that need more development to be useful, and I would like to see more linking between different companies' versions of Procore or even other construction management software to avoid double entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They streamlined the submittal entry process to make creating a new document faster and easier to get started and out the door. Less time entering data and more time getting work done.
Great tool, but slightly limiting
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have full access to all project documents anywhere you go. It's a great organizational tool to make things easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit limiting in that it isn't excel. Often I want to write "notes" beside items, but cannot. I also wish I could use keyboard shortcuts, such as F2 to edit a box. People often also ignore the emails that come through from Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File organization and access to files when out of office. It's nice to have access to files when on site if you need to pull up a specific document.
Been Very Satisfied with what Procore has provided for my company
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, tutorials are help full. Has a lot of functionality that covers all of our needs and then some
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the constant updates to the UI, which can be confusing for less experienced users with little explanation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have started using the ERP integration and this has been great, it has eliminated a lot of paperwork and limits mistakes in accounting
Procore is a great tool for capturing information
What do you like best about the product?
It is nice to have offline capabilities. They also have an excellent support team. The online response is quick when your stuck trying to figure out a tool as sometimes they are constantly making tools better from the suggestions made by users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's online version can be glitchy sometimes. Some of the fixes are good but it's making less useful when you get no service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our use of action tools just was updated to help our team. Also they're working on the correspondence tool to make it more user friendly
Makes Construction Admin Super Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The drawing recognition tool can read the drawings' title blocks and eliminates data entry. It is great because the design is constantly changing and it is very easy to upload new drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the directory cannot be filtered by company and easily be sent to a PDF. It would be helpful to include more filtering options that could be sent to a PDF. CSVs are a lot of work to manipulate and I don't want to spend a lot of time on formatting when Procore is much better at it than me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Construction Admin is super time-consuming. Procore allows the same tasks to be completed in a fraction of the time. The main tasks I use it for are uploading and organizing drawings, keeping track of all the people on the project team in the directory, storing documents (it is so easy to drag and drop documents from emails), keeping a formal transmittal log so I know exactly who documents were sent to and when.
All in One System
What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing to have all facets of managing a project located in one place and able to share it with Subcontractors so we are all on the same page. I love that we can share the information but set the permissions so they can't see everything. This program has saved me so much time in processing paperwork for a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately Procore has modules that break frequently but they are usually quick to fix them. They seem to be growing faster than they can maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are modifying how items are processed to make them quicker and easier, which saves me time. They incorporate many different aspects of managing a project into one platform, which is cost-effective and less combersome.
