What do you like best about the product?
Procore has a great support community and is a complete package to keep all documentation and information in a centralized location
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs for any custom tools or forms are costly, and there are some issues we have that make correcting some things in the software time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved collaboration issues and streamlined the information between office and field

No Daily or Weekly Reports.
Punchlist could be improved.

It's very efficient with managing drawings. Saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Whenerver someone that is not tech savvy at all asks me how to do something or get to a certain page it's very easy to explain and much easier to remember than the other project management software we used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dimensioning tool and markups tool are not very good. I typically download a drawing to Bluebeam whenever I need to dimension or mark it up. It would be cool if there was a Bluebeam plug-in or the tools progressed a little bit. Measurements are inaccurate and the tool options are very basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping me manage document control very well. I can just go to the home screen and see all the overdue items and those due in the next few days. This helps me always know what is due and when. our old software I had to manually keep an excel spreadsheet to help me with keeping up with due dates, this does it for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore's user interface is the best part. Navigation is quick and easy. Reading through all the data, whether on desktop or mobile, is simple. It gives a modern feel compared to other programs that appear stuck in the early 2000s.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few things here and there that could be more streamlined. For example, creating an inspection on mobile has you fill in and save the general info prior to going into the checklist inspection. That tends to throw people off when they don't see the checklist right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving project financial management. This platform gives you one place to manage all your project finances and helps standardize financial procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is how the project can be organized in only one software, and we can find the most up-to-date information shared on the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I don't like anything on it, but I wish it were simpler to navigate, especially when we get new submittals on the same subject. It gets confusing sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think problem-solving is keeping all the documentation in place, which helps a lot when there are many back and forth and revisions. It helps a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Lot of resources to manage your project in a organized way, with interaction (connectors) to other programs all under a friendly, consistent and easy to work enviroment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email notification system become "white noise" for the subcontractors due to the ammount of emails sent
Payment applications (invoices) needs a lot of work (difficult to navigate in the invoices, confusing retinage management and release)
Lack of personalized layouts (views) accross the project tools
Slowliness on suggestions addoption
Graphic enviroment (exaggerated blank spaces so you have to constalty move across the street), a more "compressed"enviroment will be helpful
Lack of a more interactive support (call+ screen sharing)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation and financials management for the projects all in one place prevent errors and duplicity of the infomration
Communication with the subcontractors and stakeholders of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a centralized location for all documentation pertaining to a project. That it is easy to use and understand and that the app is always getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the different modules within Procore don't link well together (like how the Meetings tool doesn't link with any of the Project Management tools). It would make more sense if you could dynamically load meeting items from other tools based on certain criteria (or just even be able to select them to be linked.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing all of the different teams on a project with an updated set of drawings that are easy to navigate in the field. The BIM models tool also helps provide context and a greater understanding of the project documents for the subcontractors installing the work.
