Great program that is still in development
What do you like best about the product?
some things that I like include the fact it syncs with sage 300 and can easily track finances. also one of my favorite features in the app is how we can make our own custom forms to look at and assess projects
What do you dislike about the product?
one thing that I would find extremely helpful is the ability to make custom-form categories both rows and columns. this is primarily because we want to see our cost to completes on the program but currently we have just been downloading a csv and arranging it in excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore i would say is most useful in the way it helps all parties of a project comunicate with each other. for example if a submittal gets approved Procore automatically sends emails to the contractor, and us thus moving the project along quicker.
Comprehensive and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Document and information tracking capabilities make it a terrific resource for everyone involved in the Project, from the Site Superintendent to the Project Manager. All information is available to project participants 24 hrs. / 7 days a week from multiple devices. The security options make bringing in external project members uncomplicated while not exposing vulnerable information. Procore is very user-friendly software enabling trouble-free adoption from site to office. The support is just astounding, always available by multiple means.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Procore for approximately four years, and so far, I haven't experienced a downside. Templates to suit our needs are easy to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped consolidate our information tracking and formalize a few of our processes.

Possibility to collaborate with several users, automatize the email notifications, access the documents from any device and having most of the tools linked to the drawing tool for ease of navigation
What do you dislike about the product?
email notifications are not as customizable as we want (change the way the email is presented and the frequency of the notifications) some tools like Instructions have some PDF display issues

the software allows to simplify the communication between all the stakeholders of the project and simplifies access to information relevant to the project from any device

being able to reference sections to main plans doesn't recognize most of the time

Still finding more ways to utilize ProCore tools
What do you like best about the product?
ProCore has all the tools I need to manage my construction projects, and they are continuously adding more. The best part about ProCore is the video tutorial catalog. Whether I need a refresher myself or working with a new contractor, ProCore makes it easy for any newcomer to understand and utilize their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
ProCore can be a bit daunting at first because there is just so much that it can do. Luckily, you can tailor the templates for each project to your specific needs and essentially leave out any tools you don't need. It can be as complex or simple as your business needs require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProCore makes it easy for us to run each project consistently and effectively regardles of the customer, GC, subcontractor, etc. ProCore is our constant and allows all other project stakeholders to follow a predictable, accessible system. They come to trust that we can produce what we promise.
Good Database with lots of ways to customize
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore is customizable and there are many areas to add custom fields for information that is important to your company or projects. Procore can take care of all needs for a EPC project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports feature is something to be desired. You can't add information from the different tools onto the same spreadsheet. If you want to use multiple tools, the tools all go on separate tabs. There might be field in one tool, that you need on the same tab as another, but you can't place them together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drawings and documents. It was hard to find the latest files on the network. Procore takes the guessing of which file is the latest out of the question for you.
Procore keeps everyone on the same page.

I like that Procore is web-based and has an App for iOS. We can make accounts for all stakeholders on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is web-based there can be times when it is down due to problems on my end or their end.

Procore helps us share information.
Tons of Utility and customization - hard learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Procore is truly an all in one tool that captures all areas of construction management. From RFI's to Submittals, to schedules, punch list, etc., it is all there in some capacity. Now some tools are more intuitive than others, but they all certainly work and once you get them figured out and fine tuned, Procore is truly a single source of truth for the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything negative to say about Procore. Their support system is very good if you have any questions and they are constantly keeping up to date with the most current technology trends to make sure they system works seamlessly not only with current technologies, but future and upcoming ones as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single source of truth for the project as well as providing an app that our field team is able to utilize easily when it comes to punch lists and other general review.
