Procore Review
What do you like best about the product?
Project Management Modules are really powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Financial Management Modules need to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They normally take customers feedback and work accordingly. They have already changed few issues, but there are still more to do.
Online Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can look after my projects from remote areas. The synergy maintains as all stakeholders are interconnected and the time it saves by online management of documents is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails section needs improvement on the pattern of Outlook sent and draft emails. Also, there should be an option for customized Modular packages for small projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore benefits us in Design Management, Construction Management, Project Management, and observing contractual and design obligations for various projects all over the world.
Procore is very powerful tool for managing data
What do you like best about the product?
managing data is the best part of procure
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve with collaboration with Autodesk procuts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing data and its access never easy in traditional server, its very powerful to manage all data with the permission and revision control
Procore has changed the way we operate, for the better.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore has created a centralised repository for all our project construction documentation, communication and contractual correspondence. Information is easily accessible and always available via app or browser.
We've recently stopped printing plans at the office due to our use of the Procore Drawing tool, saving on printing costs and also being environmentally friendly. The drawing tool has so many functions that we use daily - comparing revisions, creating mark-ups, creating RFI's/observations/defect lists off drawings, dropping photo pins on drawings for defects or dilapidation reports, and easily switching from current drawing to previous versions.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few niggly little things that get in the way of a cleaner workflow, however these are certainly not deal-breakers for us.
The Procore app doesn't function the same as the browser version which has meant we've had to pull the devices off the field and given laptops or 2-in-1 devices to the field staff to allow them to have the same functions as the office team. Having said that though, there are things the app does that the browser doesn't (such as Quick Capture). A total solution across all platforms would be ideal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues with field staff accessing documentation. Remote access to the server was intermittent. Procore has solved this problem by being web-based.
Updating drawings and specifications was a cumbersome process with various tools in place in order to distribute transmittals and updates. We were using a server to store files locally, copying files to Dropbox in order to be able to share them with subcontractors, had a manually created excel file for the drawing register, emailing a transmittal with a link to Dropbox to communicate the changes. It was chaotic and with all the double-handling meant the process was prone to a lot of human error. Procore's drawing tool has completely reigned in this process by streamlining everything into a single tool.

Procore has changed the way the construction industry portrays technology in Australia.
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an exceptional tool for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore has multiple tools within one platform which can be overwhelming. But this is also a positive as it reduces the system's users need to utilise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves many problems including document management, project management and project cost management to name a few. This benefits management to provide greater visibility on projects.
Procore over all
What do you like best about the product?
Provides most tools any project managers will need on a commercial project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The schedule software is not user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling complex projects.
Best-in-Class for Construction Project Management, but Expensive and Inflexible for Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Document and cost control - drawings, submittals, RFIs, specs, punchlist, observations, daily logs, meetings, directory, change events, budgets, contracts
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore can be expensive and inflexible from a customization standpoint. Customization options are limited. Feature requests are often declined. For large companies, Procore can be expensive because of its pricing model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore provides a single source of truth for document and cost control. Its user interface is easy to use on both web and mobile. Now everyone has quick and easy access to the project documents and cost data. Integrations with other software suites are possible thanks to Procore's App Marketplace and open API.
Good software for construction management
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is excellent for document management - tracking and distributing plan revisions, specs, submittals, requests for information, and similar items that should be tracked throughout the project. The ability to scan back and see previous versions and then to overlay and highlight the differences is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of little things that work but are just not quite right. Some items are managed at the company level when they should be managed at the project level. The list of trades is one such example. Other tools / features like "locations" give you some information about a space and help track items like punch and photos tied to the space, but don't link to the drawings so you can verify construction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing that I am aware of. I feel it's somewhat offensive to have to "vote" on features and improvements only to be notified a year or two later that they did or did not decide to do something about it. We pay a lot of money for the software, which should be adaptable to our needs.
Procore is a great tool that continues to innovate and improve.
What do you like best about the product?
We rely on it to ensure project consistency and quality, We utilize most of the tools and add to it as we continue to improve our use of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better native reporting without using analytics. The estimating tool could be better, we currently do not use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore provides us a base where we can standardize our project documentation and develop consistent workflows that we can continually improve.
Keeps us organized, watches our dollars, and has helped us handle more business.
What do you like best about the product?
ProCore integrates fairly well with our existing ERP systems, saving us from duplicate entry. The UI is intuitive and user friendly. The various tools keep our quick, complex jobs organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the ERP integration is perfectly functional, there are a number of features that could be added. On the flip side of this, as a Sage 300 CRE user, we understand that some of these limitations are technical and due to the nature of Sage itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProCore has made is easier for our project managers to manage multiple jobs, keep all of their commitments in order, have an easier time with subcontractor invoicing, and generally guide most aspects of our projects directly in ProCore.
