Conclusion Project Management from the field to the office
What do you like best about the product?
I like the centralized software for all types of project management from Financial to safety.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitations Procore has with Ryvit. A dual flow for syncing would be great, but Ryvit can only sync one way for certain financial items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I can think of.
Always a very good experience. Fantastic Customer Service

Everything Needed for Construction PM
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic updates and mobility to the documents for the project
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to see what the changes are. Some companies have too many users that review things and don't keep up with the changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems of distance in construction. Things that are needed right away can be answered from anywhere

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really beneficial to have all my project-related data (RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders, Invoices, etc...) in one location that everyone can access. Procore has also helped us standardize the way our external documents look with consistency. Have the mobile app is hugely important as well.
All of your Project Management needs in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
The benefits of procore are pretty spectacular. The ability to get the pulse of the project with a few seconds on the dashboard really helps to ensure a successful project and brings me comfort as a Project Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small things that I really don't like. I don't like the inconsistency of functions between tools. For example, the RFI tool does not have a distribute function. You can choose to email it out to others but it would be much better if it were similar to the submittal tool where you can close and distribute them with one click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped us eliminate unnecessary double work. It has also helped us to eliminate issues in communication because all of the information is in a central location that all parties can access.
Helps Streamline Most Processes
What do you like best about the product?
It makes project documents easily accessible to the field staff while saving paper and time. It helps keep all project documents (plans, financials, etc) in one place and easily accessible from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small items could be more streamlined but haven't been fixed yet. It's not great at tracking compliance documents. There are a few areas (insurance, lien waivers, to name a couple) that are not tracked or not tracked well in Procore that you have to have a separate subscription that integrates with Procore. This requires extra cost and another system to log information into.
There is no close-out document tracking. There are workarounds, but a construction management software should have a close-out document tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly working to improve the process flow of the big items like bidding, invoicing, submittals, RFIs, etc. They are also updating the custom reporting tool to allow for more customization and control over the reports that are created.
Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all subcontractors, vendors, architects and engineers are able to come together on one platform where all plans can be posted, all updates, and any RFI's. It allows everyone to see everything relating to the jobsite from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some tools that are on the desktop that are not available in the mobile platform, which can make some tasks a little challenging, but you learn to work around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for any user to see up-to-date changes immediately no matter where they are at. I also like that it has a contact database that allows you to see information for everyone.
Construction Project Management - Procore Review
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Procore is the ability to streamline time-consuming and mundane tasks like creating multiple submittals at once from one specification and creating recurring reports for the various tools on Procore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike about Procore is the fact that you only have one shot to streamline the submittal-making process. For example, if you have another contractor join at a later date and you have already went through the specification to create multiple submittals at once for them, you will have to create every submittal manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the issue of easily managing an immense amount of information and paperwork on small and large construction jobsites, online. This is benefitting me by saving paper & time.
Recommending Procore for all Construction Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Procore is the visibility that digital, instant updates can provide. I know what is happening on any site.
The most helpful aspect of Procore is housing all our project information in one place, from drawings, tender bids, time cards, meeting minutes, daily logs and safety information.

What do you dislike about the product?
I value that Procore is constantly changing and adapting. This constant change can be challenging when trying to learn a new tool or train staff for the first time. It is frustrating and requires adaptability, but it also means that the tools are constantly improving and expanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the problem of which drawing pages are the most current. Procore lends visibility to our incurring costs and allows instant feedback on whether line items in our Budget are over or under. Procore enables accountability with our sub-trades for any deficiency item.
Very Disappointed
What do you like best about the product?
I believe they had good intentions but unfortunately, they have missed the mark. This could be a great software had they used construction personnel feedback instead of engineers that think they know what a construction team needs and how they need it to function.
I'll say this though ...Procore has a great sales team and sales spiel to get so many contractors on board. Once you spend a ton a money and migrate your information you are basically stuck now. Because after all who wants to through that again? Also make sure you get everything included in writing. We found out the hard way that "included" sometimes means only if you spend more money to buy an add on program to sync Procore with.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Many issues with basic functions and the way client concerns/issues/feedback is basically ignored. Support will constantly direct you to feedback threads to add your input. The problem here is that these threads regarding the same issues were started 9-10 years ago. If you cannot address your client concerns within 10 years that is a problem. (Especially for the amount of money this software costs.)
2. There are many "upgrades" being made which do not work properly because they are still based on the original basic function flaws which have not been resolved .
3. Presconstruciton Services including the bidding and subcontractor maintenance is woefully inadequate. The team creating this section has never put a bid estimate together in their life.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately solving problems is not Procore's forte. Other than being told it is not on the engineering team's future agenda or directed to the 10 year old feedback threads, we have been left to bastardize the system to try and accomplish what we need to do on a daily basis. So right now there are no benefits to us.
