I've been using Procore for about 5 years now. Good system that keeps improving.
What do you like best about the product?
RFI and meeting minutes. It's telling me that I need to include more characters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Submittal module is a bit clunky. It's telling me that I need to include more characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is good about updating and improving. It's telling me that I need to include more characters.
Best Job Costing software at this time
What do you like best about the product?
Syncs well with QuickBooks Account's Desktop Premier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes to software are not being put into Announcements for customer heads up. Recent example is SSOV Subcontractor Schedule of Values. Should not be default!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Job management via Job Cost Coding installed helps track expenses and estimated profits.
I use Procore every day at work. It has made my job easier with all the tools in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
Invoicing Tool! The subcontractor billing has streamlined our billing process and made it easier for us as a company, and for our subs

Retainage release, but I"m working with my Procore rep to solve this

We are currently working on an invoicing workflow
Great all-in-one project management tool with room to improve
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate around all of the tools I use daily (RFIs, Submittals, Meetings, etc.). If I have Procore open during a meeting, I can quickly move from one tool to another and address questions/concerns in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very difficult to pull specific data or reports that I need. The Reports tool should be the most substantial part of Procore but I find it lacking when I need particular reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is a hub that monitors many individual pieces of project management that used to be managed through multiple software. Having the ability to direct everyone on the project to one central location is beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
1 stop shop for construction tracking and billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modules are being added so quickly that bugs are present between modules. tech support is still finding bugs instead of fixing them,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the problem of disjointed software across apps. We and our vendors like having one place for everything.
Procore is great, but not without flaws.
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of Procore are the ability to track many different facets of the job, such as submittals, RFIs, drawings and more, in one centralized location. The overall accessibility of the network is easy for users of all technological experience levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are significant limitations to simple day-to-day tasks that could make the overall experience much better. For example, meeting minutes cannot be restructured to the way clients desire them; Procore does not allow for these modifications. There are also significant limitations to the scheduling tool that prevents users from eliminating the need for programs such as P6 or Microsoft Project. It would also be extremely helpful if the stamp function in submittals allowed for interactive stamps instead of simple jpeg or png files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While the meeting minutes are still not functional in the way that we would like to use them, Procore has made updates to the minutes tool that have made the overall experience better.
Always Innovating!
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is constantly innovating and improving its existing tools. Procore is very responsive and attentive to users' needs and requests. Many improvements to existing tools and new tools have come out in the past couple of years, and I am always looking forward to what is coming next.
What do you dislike about the product?
Along with the many uses of Procore comes a lot of training. The program isn't always the most user-friendly, and it takes a while for a new user to get comfortable with all the different tools. Luckily, Procore has extensive training programs accessible to all users; it just takes time to go through them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is working to connect its program with other software and programs for better integration. In the past few years, integration between Oracle and Newforma has dramatically improved.
A powerful tool if implemented and used.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to share information at different levels is key to being able to manage a project, and Procore facilitates that. Using Procore, I have been able to stay on task with several different projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of something specific that I dislike about the program. I think some modules could be a little less cumbersome, but not so much that it creates a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore eliminates the need to store information in different locations on your computer and keeps them readily available on most devices you use in the field or at the office.
Modern tools to make construction management more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The suite of tools really get to the heart of what we need to be looking at and working with on a daily basis. They're well thought out and work really well on both the website and increasingly, on their mobile apps too, allowing for real-time management of issues in the field, rather than having to traipse back to the office to download images and write something up on your computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is a big piece of software. It has many moving parts. They also have lots and lots of customers with different concerns and different ways that they wish to conduct CM. As such, it can take a while for things to get fixed, or to get implemented, and even then, it might not work exactly the way you had hoped. This has been especially true as an owner, as historically it has been apparent that the software was built for GCs with little thought given to owners. That is changing however, and owners are being given more consideration in recent years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to stay on top of our construction projects much more simply. The inspectors complete their daily logs from their phones with photos taken right at the work, we can initiate RFIs on the fly, and add photos with markup to fully explain them. It's made our processes much more efficient.
Procore - A good tool for estimating & project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can communicate to all my team players on the job in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess just the fact that not all my subs and engineers are on-board with Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps me keep the latest plans in one central place so that all the team members can utilize them.
