Great User Experience, but Scheduling Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. I like the way it is layout however am very used to Autodesk and loved the layout there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling portion of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between team. Making sure that my entire team is aware of what's going on makes a huge difference in completion on time and on budget
Excellent Construction Management, but Markups Tool Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Procore does an excellent job of ensuring that everyone stays on the same page and has access to the most current information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The markups tool is in serious need of an update. While Procore stands out as a top construction management software, its markups feature feels falls short compared to the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform helps streamline submittal and RFI processes.
Great All-in-One Platform, but Updates Are Slow
What do you like best about the product?
One platform for project teams to use for many aspects of the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes/updates sometimes feel slow to be rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me create invoices, reporting, tracking costs which makes my job easier.
Great Help Desk, but Modules Lack Integration and Navigation Is Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
The help desk in the application is very thorough
What do you dislike about the product?
None of the modules talk to each other and it shows that they are built in silos. The navigating between pages does not make a lot of sense. For example when in commitments and you click the name of the company and not the commitment number it takes you to their insurance approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one software that operations and professional support groups
Great Integration Options
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of products that integrate. They are a lot of tools that make many processes more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tools don’t work as well together as they could. Such as there is something you can customize in one tool but it’s not available in the other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep consistency in how our operations teams are operating.
Excellent Support from Procore, but More Tool Connectivity Needed

The support we receive from Procore to make sure the software meets our needs is amazing. We have a team supporting our success and guiding us every step along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was more connectivity between tools.However, I understand this is in the pipeline for roll out.

Procore enhances our team's efficiency by optimizing workflows and simplifying management processes.
Great Data Organization, But Needs Better ERP Link Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of data and material in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of visual confirmation of links into ERP for Sage.

Subcontractor documentation and record keeping.

Centralized Platform Is Great, But Sudden Updates Need Better Communication

I love that everything is in one place and we are not sending our field teams to a bunch of different login pages

When updates are done so fast in Procore and we don't get notice

Flexible really easy to use. The API doc is really good

Run smoothly, and it's difficult to integrate users who aren't already on Procore.
