Has most of the tools needed to run efficient projects start to finish
What do you like best about the product?
Ball in court feature with all RFI and submittals. The ability to remind everyone of missing information and also it shows the whole team what is being waited on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The measurment features on the Plans is sometimes not accurate although with the addition of esticom it has helped with this problem. Also sometimes the interface can be a little difficult to navigate untill you are used to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is constantly updating and improving the site. it is a cloud based system that uses that to its advantage with the ability to just take what you need it gives us the ability to build what you see fit

What do you like best about the product?
Perocore has an easy to use interface and great customer support. They continually evolve the software to make it better with customer use and feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit Pricing. There are a lot of modules you need to purchase and learn in order to get the full benefit of its process integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore brings efficiency and consistency to the processes. Access to all project information in the office or field is key to good management.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very user friendly and has amazing support staff for any questions or concern you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not similar to the desktop version. It is difficult to train field personal when their version is different. But i have learned to get the field guys to login via the internet and view it that way also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in 1 place. No need for server files, other systems. It is all right there. I highly recommend using the entire product including financials. Easy!

Software bugs, limited ability to connect to data with 3rd party apps (without hiring developer) .

The Reporting tool needs to access data from tools across the platform.

One source of truth for our trades, consultants and engineers. Cuts down on emails, and saves time.
Procore simplifies the project management process through its user friendly cloud based system.
What do you like best about the product?
Document control has to be the most beneficial tool for my projects. Having a single location where all my project documents live is huge for efficiency and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an estimator, I wish Procore had a better platform for bid organization and more tools that are more applicable to my job. Additionally, it would be nice to have a takeoff tool within Procore as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore, allows our operations team to run projects more smoothly and efficiency. We see heavy subcontractor involvement and this allows us business insights that are valuable to our leadership team.
Excellent Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is by far the best management software I have ever used. It is highly intuitive. The ease of use from the field level to the office makes capturing valuable data seamless. Information captured in the field can be reviewed immediately by everyone who has access to the project and makes faster and more accurate decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is filled with many useful canned reports. It also offers the user an opportunity to create a custom report. In custom reporting, you are limited to the fields that they provide. It would be nice to have a greater ability to manipulate the layout of these reports and the visuals accompanying them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Procore has allowed us to have real-time project financials that include labor. We self-perform much of our work, and seeing where a project is financially at any given time is extremely important.
Great way to keep the Team organized and on the same page
What do you like best about the product?
Love the transparency, so the whole team can see where the project is and do their part to keep it going.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to unlink from the accounting software when needed. Sometimes hard to undo what has been done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know financially where our projects are at all times. Procore syncs well with our accounting software and gives the whole team a good look at where the project is.
Procore... a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides me the ability to rapidly shift between projects and get the insight and answers on questions being asked. The auto reports save me loads of time as clients and users are kept up to date on regular basis.

I have tried to find a dislike... after much thought I am still looking for one

Procore provides the ability to easily track, monitor, and report on the project cost, project schedule, and project deliverables.

Procore is the only comprehensive solution to project management. It's the only construction management software that includes the tools needed for the entire lifecycle of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvements can be made to tool uniformity. An example is that some drop downs search by first name, some search by last name, and some let you search by company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore eliminates the need to utilize multiple programs to manage a project. It allows us to set standards and uniformity among all projects. This allows employees to switch from project to project and know exactly where the information they are looking for will be located, eliminating the learning curve.
