PROJECT ENGINEER
What do you like best about the product?
PROCORE HELPS A LOT OF THE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SIDE. IT ALSO HELPS TO HAVE ALL PROJECT FINANCIAL WELL ORGANIZED

SOMETIMES IT GETS TOO SLOW AND TAKES A LOT OF TIME TO DOWNLOAD OR OPEN DRAWINGS

SAVE TIME IN REVIEWING DRAWINGS. IT GIVES YOU THE ACCESS TO ALL LITTLE DETAILS IN DRAWINGS

What do you like best about the product?
Quartely check ins are great to help modify Procore best for your team. Procore ensures you're aware of all products they have to offer including additional training or customizable forms if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i do dislike, you cannot view the company directory when you're in a project. I hope there can be an update to provide a tab instead of having to click out of the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They will be helping be with the customizable form for CCO's. We need an additional signature line as our PMs will need to review before processing.

Subcontractors, architect, and CM all use it, and it's easy to use

I haven't found anything that I dislike about procore

coordination, viewing drawings electronically, all manner of construction admin. I'm way more productive
The best of construction platforms
What do you like best about the product?
It's been nearly impossible to find a platform for a contractor that does "everything" good, until Procore came along. The fact that they keep innovating and paying very close attention to their customers is another positive thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any tool, there are quirks. Procore's quirks seem to exist within the enterprise side (still lack robust permissions), but hasn't been a deal breaker by any means.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
#1) Keeping all information in one place and keeping things easy for the field so they want to continue to put all their information within Procore. #2) Organizing the vast amounts of data and providing easy access to it to run analytics and metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the best collaboration tool for Construction companies. The field tools are easy to use and relay information easily between the field and office. Modules are user-friendly and easy to understand and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of areas that could use improvements. Directory features, Cost features (although they have improved) and adding Specifications Areas would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore let's us record safety concerns and notifies the proper people in our company for a quick reply.

Like having almost all of the info I need for my construction projects in one place and accessible from any device anywhere.
Have used BIM 320 in the past, and I find Procore more intuitive and user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, the interface has been updated, and things are not where they used to be. Would prefer Procore work on other great features rather than trying to make it look slicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding having to keep project information in multiple places. And no need for spreadsheets anymore to keep track of things! I definitely find it helpful to collaborate with colleagues and ensure my team has access to the latest versions.

when building projects, finding the information you need is often challenging. This software helps make that much less difficult and has the added benefit of helping to be sure that it is current.
What do you dislike about the product?
While trying to access data from the past, the search function by date is lacking. In the commitments tab, I would like to look up purchase orders I cannot search by date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While using the drawings in construction, we lay out the work and install it. When trades disagree with the work and face conflict, this software helps by showing which is most current or when changes were made.
The layout is good, I like the graphics, search function is great!

The search function; I just recently discovered, and so far it's the best! I appreciate how fast and that it remembers your last search, plus it takes you directly to the document. I can do a couple of bests, but you asked for one...
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inspection reports, plus how the submittal response and the RFI response and actions are different. I'll talk about the RFI and Submittal actions should all be very similar; I don't know why they are different. RFI's one marks official (that would be great in submittals, then one can sort in submittals on whether they need revise and resubmit as the final response, not the intermediate), then RFI's automatically distributes the response (In submittals one picks who its sent to), then close, easy...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of documents, ease of distribution, allowing multiple people in multiple offices/companies/timezones to contribute to the project. It sure makes handling and controlling documents easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to start getting benefits right away, which makes convincing others in the organization to use it easier. The item that I usually "sell" co-workers on right away is the ability to assign tasks and Procore takes care of emailing the assigning if it is overdue. I also find Procore pretty intuitive, which again, makes adoption easier. Live chat is also really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Five years ago when I became involved with Procore at my company we had a success manager that met with key staff quarterly. This was amazing and so helpful to keep the adoption going. That seems to have fallen by the way side and it is a shame. It gave such a personal touch to the experience and really made it feel like Procore wanted clients to succeed. I had a connection if colleagues were experiencing critical issues and also had a way to share our overall experience regularly. Many positive actions came out of those meetings. Even bi-annually would be enough to keep a great connection.
This being said, a colleague had an issue recently and we were able to connect with someone who was very responsive and help us solve the issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between internal team members and external team members. Procore gives key digital information at anyone's fingertips, especially on site. Drawings and other key information is kept up to date with everyone accessing the newest versions.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore uses a simple but highly effective interface across all project management tools. This includes usage across Mac, iOS, and PC operating platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not dislike anything about Procore. I wish all of my clients would adopt/use Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project administration and team-wide communication can quickly sink a project. Procore allows all project stakeholders to communicate and process RFI's and Submittals in a quick, straightforward manner.
