Very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Easily accessible from anywhere- I can effectively pull up Procore whether I'm in the office or out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new beta program- I've found it difficult as an admin to navigate subcontractors and consultants with this version.

What do you like best about the product?
It minimizes the amount of time spent trying to locate files, documents and photos. It provides everyone access in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app version doesn't have everything the online version does. Also, the safety documents arent as user friendly as we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates the amount of time that I spend on trying to find information, as well as for our clients, that I can now spend on other aspect of the business that are important.

What do you like best about the product?
With Procore Specialty Contractor, the Control and project's full picture have given us a better understanding. We can follow the process from beginning to end, getting all stakeholders involved in an easy-going way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some 3rd party integrations may be needed, and the value is not the expected. We expect some improvements in certain modules, which is also good from Procore's team, they are beside us to know how to go forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accuracy of Information dataflow. Communcation bridge between field and management. Information is facts and figures, not just words. Cost control. Construction Process automation

Automation for day to day construction tasks. Streamline the project through one simple program.

Too many emails are generated from this application.

Procore allows a project to be streamlined through one application while connecting all team members.

What do you like best about the product?
The personnel at Procore are the most valuable tool to the platform. From implementation teams to support teams, the answers are there for the users on day 1. They are friendly and knowledgeable; combined with their impeccable follow-through sets what should be the standard for all industries! The automation & interaction between the platform tools is smooth and ready out of the box, with amazing customization options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Procore is that the platform is primarily contractor driven and requires heavy customization on the owners' side. This makes it a little more difficult to implement, learn & develop training for end users who may not be embracing of change to start with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving the problem of no 'single source truth' and the associated issues due to a very manual process in our company. Automation will not only provide this truth but make our entire team more efficient and able to focus on future projects while managing their current workloads.
Confusing for beginners, slow for normal users

I appreciated the amount of detail that could be logged per information center. Wrike still does this better

The UI was very cramped, it constantly felt like I was searching for the next hyperlink even after following the same routine for weeks

What do you like best about the product?
ProCore allows us to provide our clients with high-level project management services, as well as maintain transparency and accountability across the board. The ProCore and SAGE 300 connector has been instrumental to us as well as the ability to share data with our project teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike really, but there are additional tools that can be added or adjustments that can be made to help contractors be more efficient. We share those items with our Customer Success Manager, and over the years, we have seen some of those tools implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the invoicing tool. When we bill for stored materials one month, the amount should roll over to the following month and it is not automatically doing that, it needs to be entered manually.

Decent user interface to bring all of your other softwares into one platform. Task view looks nice but it's deceiving.

YOU BASICALLY NEED TO DO EVERYTHING OUTSIDE OF PROCORE. YOU CANNOT SCHEDULE INSIDE OF PROCORE. THEN YOU NEED TO USE MICROSOFT, ETC THEN UPLOAD AND REUPLOAD SCHEDULE EVERYTIME YOUR SCHEDULE CHANGES. DECEIVING. ACTION PLANS...ALMOST GOOD. BUT YOU CANNOT HAVE VISIBILITY INTO OPEN ITEMS. SO YOU HAVE TO DRILL INTO EACH AND EVERY PROJECT INDIVIDUALLY TO SEE THE STATUS? WORKFORCE PLANNING...DOESNT SPEAK TO THE REST OF THE SOFTWARE. CANT USE IT TO TALK TO TIMESHEETS, ETC.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At its current state, procore is not solving any of our pain points. We wanted to cut back on software subscriptions and have something that would do more natively inside without living in a bunch of other softwares. Tasks being assigned individually is cumbersome and ineffective. Scheduling and critical path process is done outside of procore and any changes need to be uploaded to procore manually...some synconizationd exist like smartsheets but you will pay per sync or per project. It gets expensive fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore's strength, in my experience, is its flexibilty. There are enough features and tools that I can almost always find a way to create a way to manage my work and report on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that Procore continues to refine and improve. However, some of the places where I get stopped are seemingly easy changes or fixes - for example, adding additional statuses to punch items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest contribution to our business process has been to our communication and the ability to balance it - whether it is Procore providing auto-emails to the operations team with critical updates and information, or, the converse for our sales team, providing them with 'self-serve' ability to easily get details on thier project without overloading them with overwhelming email volume.
