having all my documents in 1 place and being able to share with everybody

for now, since i still consider myself a new user, I don't dislike anything

It helps me to be more organized and saves me time on sharing the job documents
Very good customer service. There are a couple of enhancements I would like and left feedback.

Ability to modify most sections for my needs.

Some things are hard coded, and can't be changed by the user.

Ability to have all project info in one place.

Submittal editing is too limited as to what you can bulk edit.

access to the Drawings, ease of access to the daily logs and the photos.

On the computer, have fewer timeline photos available at one time to view. On the app, your timeline is unlimited and easy to scroll through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking safety violations. The volume of photos that we can store.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Very intuitive application.
2. The ability to customize access to data.
3. Mobility of the application, and the ease of access from any device that has an internet connection.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any "negatives" yet with this application, and we've been on PROCORE for about the past 5 years. Procore has definitely made the management of construction data much easier, and the ability to collaborate with others outside of our organization much more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of:
1. Drawing revisions, and archival of historical data.
2. RFI's.
3. Submittals.
4. Documentation repository, and retrieval.
All of these benefits have made it easier to manage day-to-day requirements.

Procore the best project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Project Management, Financial Tools, Documents Management, Vendor Management, Task Management are the best tool to use for managing your project. Directory and resource management are great tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be better to support inactive projects in all reports and tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ontime sharing of project information with the project members and the management team, having good visibility in project financial to make decision and be aware of the project health.

Organization. It a nice to have all project documents in one location and easily accessible by all team members

RFIs - because there is no workflow, it's difficult to have several consultants provide responses and shift the BIC in a useful way, especially when there are more than one users that may respond from the same company. This tool causes extra unnecessary work by having to constantly, manually shift the BIC

too many to list. Procore solves a lot of document control issues that benefit the whole team

Could use some additional customization of modules

Easy access for all parties to site instructions, drawings, shop drawings and mark-ups.
Great system with great support
What do you like best about the product?
The system is web-based, and easy to use. Of all the project management softwares I've used to date, Procore is the most intuitive and customizable. It's easy to bring other teammates or companies onboard with a quick training session.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to have workflows in the RFI tool similar to the submittals. Since adding the in-app editing tool, I'm having more trouble downloading submittal files, and haven't had much luck working with their support team. Even with that, I would still recommend the software. It does what it says and works consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing Procore offers us is accountabillity throughout the project. At any point, a team member can see what's in their court, and where other outstanding items are in the review process. We can quickly and easily print reports for different metrics as needed for each project.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore simplifies so many aspects of managing a construction project. The ease-of-use is unparalleled - from field to office, my users all say that Procore has simplified their jobs. Additionally, their product support is outstanding. 24/7/365 live agents who are US based, and know the product inside and out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there are very few things not to like about Procore. Most of the drawbacks for us are based on our existing processes being refined to best utilize the Procore system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has completely changed the way we manage the flow of information both within our organization, and externally. Almost all of our design partners and subcontractors are familiar with the platform and like it as well. Even simple items like project photos have been vastly improved ith the use of Procore
