Procore is for the Pros
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is intuitive and its tools integrate seamlessly internally and with external tools. It is the best tool in the best hands. Its related items feature is one characteristic that its competitors need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to cover when first learning how to use Procore, but the available tutorials help get through the initial learning curve. Also, there are some basic functionality that could be integrated into the platform to increase the quality of life when using Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is effective in tracking changes that occur on the job and integrating field and office.
Most comprehensive construction management tool available.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility of the forms tool and the organization of the drawings area.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms tool needs more organization options and more security features. It can be the most utilized feature of the program with a few more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance with NYC DOB. Distributing info to the field. Documenting the project.
I have used procore for last three years
What do you like best about the product?
It gives easy access to all of our project's drawings, documents and submittals. I like how i can measure some dimensions using the tools on my computer and mobile phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything lacking and needs improvement. Only one downside that I would think of is it takes quite some time to load/sync on phone whenever I try to load up the drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast and efficient when it comes to managing projects. It can control who has access to certain items or drawings. It also enables the contractors/trades to more involved and keep up to date with current drawings.

What do you like best about the product?
The best of Procore is the ease of use and their development of new features which which construction sites can be made paper less. This amazing software takes all stakeholders on board at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they should broaden their distribution network in other countries as well, i believe they are not tapping potential markets which makes them limited in Europe and America region only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is like a Third Eye over construction projects, updating all the stakeholders on current status, pending items and latest information makes it very convenient for the users in problem-solving.

Make changes based on region so that multiple people can connect with it.

What do you like best about the product?
Organization of drawings. I also like how easy and fast to uploaded construction drawings to Procore
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment. I believe with time; there will be improvements in the OCR technology
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps us keep track of shop drawing revisions and helps our field personnel access drawings at any time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Procore is the future of Project Management. The software has provided an amazing solution to most of the problems in the delivery of a project.
Best construction management software on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Procore' is a drawing centric software (which is the core of every construction project). It is easy for the field staff and consultants to use. The change management tools are very strong and keeps everyone on the same page. The ability to have markups done directly on the drawings keeps everything current and eliminates the "I didn't get that email." The mobile app is incredibly strong and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain accounting basics (ie. not able to enter a duplicate invoice #) slows down the financial side. Procore is very responsive on knowing that they need to invest in this area (and they are).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking changes and issues is usually done on email and Excel - with staff spending hours chasing and following up on emails that were either forgotten or never received. Everything is on one place, on-line, and keeps response times efficient and on point. Changes for consultants are kept in real time on the drawings which prevents issues with version control. Site supervisors are looking at drawings on their ipads instead of mounds of paper. Comments can be put on with voice commands instead of being typed up later (when they usually are working on other items so they forgot what the issue was!)

The system does a lot and the training covers a lot of material - it doesn't cover everything

seems to me some things can be done on the computer and not on my IPad

they have great customer service and have helped me with several issues

get it set up and enjoy the ease of using it

What do you like best about the product?
Punchlist tool is the most helpful part of Procore, since it allows to track the completion of the project as well as keeping sub's up to date on remainder items.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mark up tools could use some work, since they are really basic and do not allow for advance mark ups, where programs like blue beam offers for others parties to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of outstanding work, as well as management of documents and distribution towards their parties which they relate to. Also keeping track of dates and times information is sent.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps my team organized and up to date on everything related to our projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Punchlists cant be transferred from project to project in the event they are created under the wrong project by human error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication and organization it provides make the entire project process easier to handle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it and you will see how easy it is to use and navigate thru! It is a game changer!
There are some quirks, but overall and excellent program to manage projects.

Organization and level of detail that helped manage a construction project. It helped categorize and organize the various aspects of running a good project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were too many times when a feature or function didn't work and that often impacted a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The budgeting tool and estimating tool has been lacking and I think the improvement of these will make it even better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At least try it and I think you'd like it. Not many, if any, other programs have the functionality as Procore.
