Procore's Change is great
What do you like best about the product?
Procore's willingness to change is their greatest strength. In the 2 years I've been using the product, I've already seen several of my requests be implemented company wide.
Also, the ability to report on all project data is a fantastic tool. The reporting feature was already great and now they're improving it even more.

What do you dislike about the product?
The financials tool is difficult to learn and fixing mistakes can be a cumbersome task. Also, while there are many integrations available, I find that once you choose an integration to use it's hard to find experts to help fix any bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helped speed up the submittals process by giving architects and subcontractors immediate access to submittals. No more letting something sit in the GC's email for a week by mistake.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering Procore, be sure to dedicate enough time to implementation & training. Having at least one employee dedicated to the success will ensure your settings end up correct & show your employees that you support the success of the rollout. Work closely with your account manager.
Projects Management Through procure.
What do you like best about the product?
Drawings revisions are being quickly notified as daily logs of the site activities. We Can Manage the manpower and physical resources through reports. And can handle planning schedule to manage the construction easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can not make schedule directly on , it should be linked with the Smartsheet or Ms Projects to create the Scheudle on the Procore . Moreover if procore have any extension which can linked with the procure so this should be mentioned it on the Ribbon bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Construction Management of the ongoing projects and Projects Controls by using this product. Procore is very helpful in solving the RFI's related to drawings and Construction management. Its very helpful in generating the reports and graphs of manpower and resources. Drawings revision and drawings management is very easy through procure. If a team uses it properly so it can solve a lot of verbal and informal communications.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore streamlines the flow of activities and documents from start to finish. Examples: From RFI, Change Event, and Change Order - also included in drawings. ALSO - You can go from Bid to Contract to Change Order to Invoice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some items that don't flow well - nothing that would prevent a solid documentation of a project, but it could use some help in the reporting area and the meeting minutes area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication, Collaboration, Coordination, Notification, and Documentation... It covers everything. But the most prominent solution is project partners who say, "I didn't get it". You don't need to "get it" because it's there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are managing a construction project and you want to collaborate with your project partners - you have to consider Procore. It's the best investment right now AND the ROI is 10 fold

Room for improvement in Coordination issues, Pre Construction, Tendering Tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving all our issues using the software, starting from design coordination issues to unit delivery to homeowners.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend time on online training, spend time learning Power BI and Procore Analytics dashboards

That the application is cloud-based and there is not a limit on the size of files and files are automatically stored as V.1, V.2 instead of erased or overwritten

It appears overwhelming, but it is broken down into step by steps and is not difficult to complete.

What do you like best about the product?
Design and Project Management tools - everything is in one place, the tools that keep the workflow moving with reminders (submittals, RFI's, etc.)

Drawing markup tools - integrate with Bluebeam Revu to make it more user friendly

Accelerated project development and more effective project management (communication to all interested parties, one source of info)

Constraints of some tools force us to utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to resolve issues.

When I enter a retainage contract. Sometimes it is not working properly
