Procore has made my time at work much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps keeps all files organized in one place and makes sending out large files easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when trying to link documents to erp there will be issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore makes sending out drawings a lot easier and also helps with keeping a workflow for submittals.

What do you like best about the product?
Drawing storage and access available on all of my devices (phones, tablets, laptops) and ability to markup as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks aren't linkable to the schedule tool. Also would be nice to tie finance tools like SAP directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined sharing documents, tracking punch lists, meeting minutes, progress, and personnel tracking all in one simple and easy to use tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great to manage new projects if setup correctly. Honestly helped me control 2-3 positions as a single user. Would have been great to have from project start, but even mid-project use has been very productive and worth the effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the product - it is easy to use and navigate, very organzied and easy to find what you are trying to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly improving the features in meeting minutes, sometimes it appears there are too many features to have simple minutes.

Helps me and the Owners remain in touch with the project with the daily report emails and access to the photographs.

Understand what "modules" you are getting with your subscription.
Procore for project management
What do you like best about the product?
The layout of Procore makes it easy for my day-to-day tasks. It is easy to navigate the different tools, and it's mostly very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is missing a tool for data analysis. I always have to export and use other platforms to be able to analyze costs or to build a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The deficiencies related to the delivery of my project.

It will make project management straightforward and in one platform instead of using a multitude of tools

Everything is at the same place, everyone can acces easilly

It is sometimes slow and long process to enter informations and process things over
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that everyting is there and all the information accessible for everyone of the team so if someone quits or is not there, it is still there useful for the team. We solve a lot of problems with the professionnals by using the QRT tool.

It is a very complete software. Allows for easy follow-ups with the various professionals and subtrades.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bugs that are created to elements that used to work well.

Helping us with a close follow up.

Encourage the subtrades to deposit their prices onto Procore to allow easy follow ups.
Procore has made it easy to send the same information to our client, team and subs.
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to access the full job documentation on one app. No need to jump from one application to another. I use all Project Management tools- submittals, RFI, transmittals, correspondence, NCR, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that 2 features are named the same. Example Correspondence under Project Management tools, Correspondence and SUB correspondence under custom tools. I think this could be confusing to the average user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is a lot simpler. We can also view the history of each task (submittal, RFI, emails) within the task itself. Having the workgroups, distribution groups already set makes sending ut documents that much faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a highly informative, easily accessible program. I definitely recommend it over Sharepoint. IT is specifically designed for construction companies

Always have the most up to date drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Photos tool often crashes. There should be a way to take photos offline then upload at a later time

Very easy to manage a large project with multiple changes

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. The availibilty to update the daily log while onsite through the mobile app. The options to do inspections live through the app is of extreme importance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes submittals and procurement is cumbersome to navigate. The meetings tab is sometimes difficult but overall workable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all the daily information in one place is a huge benefit. Also having the option to update live in the field.
Procore for Construction
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is one of the best construction software that I have used. It is one-stop shopping for tracking all items on a project
What do you dislike about the product?
it has everything you need to run a project and Procore evolves constantly with new items
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep everything on a project in one location and available to everyone no matter their location
