Efficient Project Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Procore helps organize and streamline tasks by making all information easily accessible in one place. It's great that everything is accessible from one platform, regardless of company or position, which simplifies doing all tasks, storing documents, updating financials, and communicating. The initial setup was very easy, with training available both online and in person. Procore's accessibility and organizational features make it a significant improvement over the previous tools we used, like Oracle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes functions are hard to find. Sometimes it takes several subsections or clicks to find functions I'm seeking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore to organize and streamline tasks, making all information easily accessible in one place, regardless of company or position.
Takes Time to Get Organized, But Worth It

May be very confusing, and takes time for it to be organized.

Creating POs COs, and subcontracts are a breeze.
Clear Workflows and Best-in-Class BIM Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The workflows are really clear. The meeting tool and the inspections tool are impressive, and the model and BIM collaboration is the best tool. The integration across all levels of the company is straightforward and efficient. The learning section helps all users, and the AI assistance gets the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think an inventory tool and a shopping department are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The structure defined by Procore aligns the whole team so we can work toward the main objectives.
Effortlessly Connects Teams and Eliminates Data Silos
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore is breaking the data silo, which is the thing I like most about it. There are settings in Procore that can be made at a higher level and get reflected into the end tools and users. It's the granular permissions that can be given, which is great for involving all stakeholders like suppliers and vendors without compromising the security of information. The ease of Procore allowing these stakeholders to be invited to use the platform is the biggest feature I like. It's not just a single company using it; even our stakeholders are able to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting side of Procore is something that can be improved. We're not able to write advanced formulas while making the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Procore to break down data silos, keep data in sync across teams located in different time zones, and ensure all stakeholders have access to a single point of data without confusion.
Facilitate Construction Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like Procore for its intuitive interface, which makes it easy to handle the tools. I also appreciate the structure of the tools along with the ability to have different levels of permissions according to the type of user, which allows project administrators to properly manage the functions of all team members. Additionally, I value RFIs because they allow for traceability and clarity in the flow of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of correspondence should incorporate some shared module with Outlook. I would like the emails to merge, that is, for the time to come when Outlook is not used to send communications, but everything is done through Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves communication problems in my team, offers an intuitive interface, and allows managing user permissions. I value the RFIs for the clarity and traceability in the flow of information.
Convenient, Versatile, and Easy to Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the convenience of Procore and how it puts everything into one application, making it easy for us to manage various tasks on job sites. It's versatile and flexible, allowing us to complete a lot of tasks throughout the app. The mobile compatibility is excellent, as we can use it on iPads, personal phones, and laptops, which works great for us. It also makes multitasking possible on job sites, like going through meetings and dealing with technicians and other trades. Procore is very universal, and it's great that many other companies are using it too. The initial setup was pretty pain-free and very easy. I'd definitely give it a 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements in the drawings section. There's a lot more versatility and flexibility for marking up prints in another app we use called Bluebeam. The one in Procore for drawings is sufficient, but it would be nice to see it refined and a little more polished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore centralizes everything, allowing us to guide our jobs, track tasks, manage time cards, and report incidents. It's easy to use on mobile devices and works seamlessly across all platforms like iPads, personal phones, and laptops.

I find Procore's easy access really convenient. I also appreciate how the sections are organized, making everything straightforward. The initial setup was very easy, which I liked.

Maybe the colors and maybe if everything is not so zoomed out.

I find Procore saves a lot of time, making my work much easier compared to before.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Procore because it allows everyone from all trades to collaborate across the platform and see up-to-date changes that are happening in the real world. It's great for everybody to give feedback and move forward quickly and efficiently. I also appreciate using Procore with Bluebeam to get look-ahead schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do see about Procore is that there is a lot of training required to get everyone on the same page and up to speed. I could see smaller contractors maybe having an issue getting integrated with it and onboarding new people with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps our team get on the same page, reducing errors and closing communication gaps. It organizes us and provides easy access to drawings, creating markups, RFIs, and submittals, making project management transition seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Procore is how detailed and thorough the training is. As a student preparing to graduate, I wanted to stay ahead and make myself more marketable to employers, so I decided to start taking Procore courses early. Even though I just began the classes today, I can already see how valuable they are the videos and descriptions are very comprehensive. Even if you don’t remember every detail, the way the material is presented makes it easy to revisit concepts and quickly refresh your memory.
I also really appreciate that the courses are free. Opportunities like this are incredibly valuable especially in today’s competitive job market and they provide a strong advantage for individuals who are just starting out in the field.

One drawback of Procore is that the level of detail in the courses can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for beginners. There’s a significant amount of information to absorb, which can make it challenging to retain everything on the first pass. Because of this, it may be necessary to revisit certain sections to fully grasp the material.
