What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Procore because of how easy it is to use and navigate. It's very user-friendly, which simplifies my tasks significantly. I also appreciate the feature that allows me to edit sketches privately before publishing them, giving me the chance to correct any mistakes before sharing them with the right people. This ensures that the shared data is accurate and relevant, which is essential in my line of work. The simplicity and intuitiveness of these processes stand out as major benefits, making the software a real pleasure to work with. Moreover, from what I've heard, the transition to using Procore was exceptionally smooth and preferred over previous systems, which speaks to its efficiency and adaptability. I definitely find Procore to be a great program and would recommend it to all construction companies looking for a reliable and easy-to-use software solution.

I find Procore to be a great tool for both individuals and companies, particularly within the construction sector where I use it daily. I appreciate the organized structure of the program, which significantly aids in sorting through tasks with ease and enhances task accomplishment. I admire its very easy initial setup, which sets a strong foundation for new users to get started without hassle. I use Procore daily for organizing construction project tasks, resolving organization problems and easing task sorting and completion with its structured, user-friendly interface.

I really enjoy that it is easy to navigate and there are so many tools to assist our field crew and help them be more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports are hard to navigate or information isn't as easy to download out of procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us process time, drawings, and large amounts of information easier and I have enjoyed using the collaboration tool. It has been very easy to identify what drawings have changed and letting us know exactly when an RFI response is entered form our GC.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is and easy to navigate. I also like how all documents are located in one place for everyone with clearance can access any document.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I do not like about Procore. I do like how it is ever evolving and changing based on user comments. New features being added all the time.

Procore is helping us stay organized because Procore keeps all documents in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love utilizing Procore for its dynamic building knowledge and the ability to streamline my responsibilities. It keeps all project information organized, improves communication between project teams, and makes it easy to manage bids, documents, submittals, and cost tracking from one place. As someone in Preconstruction, Procore helps me stay efficient and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can feel limited unless additional modules are purchased, which slows down our workflow when certain tools aren’t fully enabled. There are also occasional delays with loading large drawings or documents. Overall, the system is strong, but expanding feature access would make it even more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps streamline my preconstruction workflow by centralizing documents, drawings, bid invites, subcontractor communication, and cost tracking in one platform. It reduces miscommunication, keeps our team aligned, and saves time by making information easy to access and update. The organization and structure Procore provides allow me to work more efficiently and ensure accuracy throughout the preconstruction process.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate its functionality and how seamlessly it integrates with your field.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot happening in this software, and at times it can feel overwhelming to take it all in. I would appreciate a more effective way to organize everything so that users can fully understand each part. Maybe including short, optional tutorial videos for each section as you navigate through the features would help clarify things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are bringing together several platforms and programs into one - allowing you to access everything through their site. In addition, they offer a wide range of integrations that support functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, & even marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the learning modules and how simple the platform is to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing! My experience has been excellent and the fact they offer certifications and ce courses at no cost is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow and budgeting have become easier and more organized. This improvement has made it simpler to control job costs and manage labor expenses, all while ensuring the project continues to progress smoothly and stays on schedule.

It's intuitive and user friendly. Handles so many things in one place.

No dislikes with it currently. I am still learning all it is capable of.

Solves communication issues and keeps all involved with our projects updated. More efficient way for us to share information is a benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of submittal, RFI processes, and locations tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
2-hour forced log-out, as well as slow ability to load drawings / specs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eases interaction between the design team and our group as we progress through RFIs and submittals and keeps this process recorded and organized.
