Easy-to-Use Platform That Simplifies Processes and Centralizes Documents
What do you like best about the product?
Simplifying all process. Documents all at same place. Visual easy to use

I don't know at this time, more I will use, I will probably have more input

it consolidate in one location all subcontracts and related document. Coordinate with SAP for PO management.
Intuitive Interface and Enhanced Collaboration, but Some Drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
user interface, intuitive workflows out of the box, ability to locate actions, and increased communication for collaboration. great customer support and training modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
we have been using since 2014 and would love to be able to "start fresh" to better implement with the newer functionality and lessons learned.

uniformity in how we "go to work" across all our regions and business
Consolidated Platform with Superb Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Procore consolidates all necessary information and documentation into a single, organized platform. The ease and efficiency of having everything, including financials, drawings, and files, linked together enhance our workflow. The constant improvements that Procore offers make renewing the service each year a great decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are a couple of tools within Procore that I would like to have more precision with, but I recently learned that some of the issues might be due to user error. Additionally, when using Primavera, I experienced challenges with having different functionalities like financials, change orders, submittals, and RFIs not consolidated, which Procore solves, but this highlights a past clutter that Procore has thankfully addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Procore organizes and consolidates our documentation, making it robust and easy to access all project details in one place, unlike Primavera. This integration enhances our workflow efficiency and accessibility.
Procore is great for construction!
What do you like best about the product?
It does virtually everything we need to run and monitor our construction projects. It is user-friendly, constantly updating its features, and customer service is next to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many modules/features are an extra charge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and punch list. Looking forward to seeing the prequal features.
Great CM Product
What do you like best about the product?
One seamless software for all construction management needs. Plays well with other platforms also.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive. Tends to take the best technologies of independent start ups and just incorporate it into their own software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
drawings, submittal, and rfi management. Storing and analyzing project photos. Streamlining punch process with contractors and owners.
Procore does everything
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best end to end software on the market. Submittal, RFI management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It does everything very well. I have no complaints.

Procore helps me manage subs and hold them accountable
Great for Project Updates, but Subcontractor Adoption and Scheduling Integration Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to instantly share project updates. Locate multiple tasks into one location. Elimination of of delays due to flow of information
What do you dislike about the product?
subcontractor buy-in to using the platform. We haven't integrated our scheduling into procore so there are some disconnects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
elimination of time lost to information delivery. All participants have access to the most current information at once.
Intuitive Interface and Great Collaboration with Procore
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive user interface, streamlined design, and collaborative ways I can use this with my subcontractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Procore is great. The fact that I can Collaborate with the designer of the platform on issues or functions that I think should be implemented alleviates most frustration I could have about it.

Communicating with contractors and distributing accurate information.
Smooth Integration Within Procore, but Lacks Flexibility for Established Teams

All functions that are within Procore work together smoothly.

The lack of flexibility can make it difficult to implement into an established team.

We run a remote team from several different locations, So the cloud based solution that flows together well is great.
