Great Ongoing Improvements, but Lacks Customization for Specific Needs
What do you like best about the product?
It continued commitment to improving all tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find issues with things being created too much for the masses and what I need can sometimes be too specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping us keep all our most current financial information in one place that can be accessed by all people on our team. Everyone knows the most current information will always be in Procore.
Great All-in-One Platform, but Rapid Updates Make A Fun Challenge to Keep Up
What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop shop, that is evolving each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest complaint I have is that it is evolving so quickly, it is tough to thoroughly vet each tool as it is released!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the submittal management, cost management, & site documentation. It makes it easy to have one spot to go to track down any answers that pertain to these tools. This speeds up my day to day process instead of opening multiple different applications.
Procore: Comprehensive Project Management with Minor RFQ Assignment Limitation
What do you like best about the product?
That you can basically run your entire project on it if you want too. It has pretty much all aspects of project management built into it, its a one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any dislikes, Procore does everything I need it too. One minor thing is I want to be able to assing multiple people to a RFQ.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of the projects documents, RFIs,, drawings and costs all in one central spot where you know they are the most up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
Mobility for onsite workers, previously the use of other digital platforms were not available for foreman, superintendent. Procore does that for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow development sometimes, the digital sociaty is growing a lot faster this years, sometimes we feel like Procore is staying one step behing.

Customer Service is great. The product is great and their developing new stuff every day!

User-Friendly UI Makes Construction Tasks Easier, but Update Notifications Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the UI is very user friendly and it makes day to day tasks in construction tasks easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful aspect of Procore is not being made aware of the updates in a comprehensive way.

Procore helps get alot of our tasks in one place, and integrates well with a lot of our other softwares.
Great AI Features, But Lacking Scheduling Modules

AI Functions were extremely interesting.

Scheduling modules not yet available for general use

Not yet but integration would be welcome.
Great for Daily Tasks, but Needs Better Bluebeam Compatibility

I can find all items in one location. Perfect for daily tasks

Compatibility with bluebeam. Would like to be able to copy and paste from other programs.
