What do you like best about the product?
The software and storage help keep all the necessary documents in one place. And the system is very easy to search when you need to find something specific.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to get the program to learn how you work, and some of the manual setup processes are cumbersome to implement, even though they save time after the setup is complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the main problem of plan set consistency across fields, and the organization of corrections on update plans.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient and wait for use cases to appear in the real world before trying to implement all the processes at once.

Good software for tracking all project needs

What do you like best about the product?
It does a good job of creating logs, especially the auto-population of the submittal logs. The financial tools are also useful for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The submittal log can be confusing and show as past due instead of complete, even when accepted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program's home page shows a good snapshot to show how the project is going, what's on track, and what still needs to be done.

The connectivity of the field and office teams efficiently and in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, looking forward to the implementation.

Not being able to have the information to the field personnel quick enough.

If you are looking for a powerful tool to advance your company to the next level and empower your employees to be as efficient as they can on any given project, Procore will be a great partner.

You can manage your project(s) in one easy-to-use platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the changes Procore makes to certain tools are well intended aren't always practical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of project finances eliminates inevitable headaches that come with it. The benefits of using Procore are endless.

Improving QA processes

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of administrative control. There are so many customisable options. Granular permissions for each user type to create what we would like each tool to look like; we could also customise our pdf exports to be within our company brand guidelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Procore; I would recommend it to any construction business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has improved our quality controls immensely; it was a significant shift from paper to a digital platform. Still, Procore has such a user-friendly interface that makes training and uptake much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is a common platform that helps communication and collaboration. The change management system, with being able to upvote ideas, is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There did not seem to be a way to easily have two different company platforms of Procore integrate or mirror to help minimize redundant work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has helped me minimize miscommunication across different functional groups. It has helped me with communication with customers. It has helped reduce cost damages and project delays from miscommunications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go through some Procore learning modules, and don't be afraid to practice in a "SandBox" project.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface Procore has is far better than any other program I've used or seen. It is so easy to navigate and takes no time at all to find the information you're looking for. It's also very interactive, like being able to markup drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until recently, I was not too fond of the reporting ability because it limited what data and where you could pull it from throughout the platform. Knowing that Procore is actively working to resolve this, I'm sure I'll be happy with whatever improvements are made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I've been solving with Procore is getting as much project data into the same place as possible. Not having to switch between multiple programs has been a huge time saver and eliminates the risk of losing data.

What do you like best about the product?
The visabity it gives our back office team into what's going on in the field. If schedules change, the field team can request schedule updates in real time. This helps usoptomize our schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve some of our subcontractors have utilizing the playform. We spend a lot of time getting them familiar with the platform and sometimes take their RFIs or submittals and upload them for the subs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're improving our QAQC efforts company-wide. The way the inspections tool, observations, and punch lists are interconnected has helped us catch issues in the field in real-time with less rework needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The wealth of data available and the report writing features are what I find most valuable in Procore. Not to mention have all correspondence and information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to write reports like those shown in the Company Portfolio is the most frustrating thing I've found. We would love to be able to write reports combining the data we have across all our jobs in Procore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Margin analysis is now so much more in depth than it ever was before. People are also collaborating and sharing information in a better way. The ability to automate distribution of reports to various teams is something we use every week.
