Comprehensive Project Management Platform, but Not Without Issues
What do you like best about the product?
1. The change management and associated financial management features have been a game-changer. The ability to execute PCOs and COs with DocuSign and keep all documentation and financial data in one program helps keep projects organized and ensures that financial reports are always up to date with the latest costs.
2. The submittal tool is another excellent feature and allows the entire submittal process, including comments and revisions, to take place in Procore (using Bluebeam addon).
3. Custom reports tool allows you to all sorts of data out of Procore for reporting and analytics outside of Procore.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Procore is a little behind in adapting its platform for larger organizations. There are a number of features and quirks that are probably fine for small businesses but don't work for larger companies with many active projects. For example, there's no way to track subcontractor COIs or P&P Bonds at the project level, only at the company level.
2. Getting issues resolved through tech support can take weeks or even months. I currently have a support ticket that has been open for 3 months. They also make it difficult to get back in touch with the same rep as you're only given a generic support email which is also the email address they contact you through. I've had to abandon some of the most useful tools in Procore due to technical issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved change management tracking, financial management, and submittal management. In the past, these were all tracked using a series of spreadsheets. Having them all in one program has helped greatly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take plenty of time setting up your project correctly from the start and test a few scenarios to make sure it's going to work ask planned once the project is active.
Excellent Customer Support and Efficiency of Processes
What do you like best about the product?
Procore's customer service support is excellent. Here are some outstanding things that Procore does:
*The ability to chat with them right when you need assistance is excellent.
* Their ability to remote into your computer to assist you in remedying your issue.
* They provide links to articles that you can review.
* The customer service staff sends transcripts of their interaction with you. This gives me the ability to access their insight at a later time.
*The ability to customize our settings to eliminate overwhelming emails to our Client, Architect and subcontractors.

I don't dislike anything about the service. I want to be able to customize some of their reports to reflect how our company would like to view them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has made the submittal, transmittal, and RFI process more efficient and less time-consuming. It allows me to become more productive and increased my performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service, user interface is super intuitive, all-encompassing construction platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be prohibitive for smaller GC's, schedule platform could use some work, PDF markups could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great drawing module, easily reads and hyperlinks details, specifications, etc. RFI's, Submittals and meeting minutes are easy to use and clearly organized

Good Project Management Software - Training Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using Procore is the communication aspect. Everything you need and all communication in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training should walk you through adding a project.
Areas of improvement: connecting one project on multiple accounts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working towards creating a better communication environment, organization of our projects and less manual entry. We have not seen any benefits as of yet as we are still in the implementation stage.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore has provided a single point of access for all documentation has kept our trades, consultants, site and office staff up-to-date with project documentation with the web and phone apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Trade adoption has been difficult at times as there is a learning curve involved in using the application and all of the associated tools. Some of the tools can be cumbersome and time-consuming to utilize (eg. punch list)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient and consistent document control has been the main problem that we have used Procore to solve. Having all documents in one place and having the ability to provide permissions as required to different users has helped us ensure that there is no confusion with current documentation revisions.
Makes my job as a superintendent a lot easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access the drawings, submittals and other documents on your phone or IPad is a big help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I started using Procore a few years ago, all of the issues I had have been resolved with updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I don't have to go back to the trailer every time I need to look at the plans or submittals is a huge help.
User Friendly Software
What do you like best about the product?
The system can be accessed by web or app which allows for us to add items on the go or when we are at our desks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of information is something that is critical and Procore makes it really easy to see a lot of information about a submittal or RFI.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and how organized it is. Makes my job a lot easier! Love the Daily Log and Meetings Tools. The schedule is also easy to create and share
What do you dislike about the product?
The schedule is harder to upload from a Microsoft Project format. Not really any complaints that I have encountered so far. The support center is great if I have any difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating meetings is more organized and time saving. Uploading pictures to track progress and documenting activities. Great for organizing submittals and all RFI's

Very easy to use and the organization of Procore is a major time saver.
Great Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drawings tool. It allows me to make markups and page-through drawings with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that they have too many levels to the change order tool. I wish I could have just one step and didn't have the multi-levels that it does have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track all my documents for the project, and they are all in one location.

Just try it, and you will be happy with the results.
If you build for others, get procore for yourself
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the platform is so very standardized, the documentation is also so standardized, but the open API and rich application marketplace allow for any and all companies to utilize it to its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative to the platform I have come across thus far is the inability to create custom workflows inside the tool yourself without contacting the support or development team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use procore as our external communication vehicle. By standardizing the construction documentation and approval processes across both subcontractors and customers, we have the same view of our jobs no matter who is looking at it hey also, it gives us storage space for documentation and communications in case anything should happen in the future with regards to legal proceedings or warranty issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While the price may seem high, you have to take into account how much money you will be saving by administering all project documents and approvals through a single tool
