Keeps everything related to a project in one place

If I have a Procore account with another general contractor, submittals have to be double entered

Streamlining Projects and Reports for all Stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
One platform for all stakeholders to view pertinent documentation and status, real-time access to current documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
Tends to issue too many emails, although necessary, maybe one single email when distributing a shop drawing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shop Drawing distribution and tracking, current drawings for all contractors and team members, finantial reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is very user-friendly, the customer service is great. If you cannot figure items out on your own, the training modules are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do dislike having to retract an approval of change orders to modify a previously approved change order. I get the logic, but it's annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and file storage. Procore Drive is great for documentation that the team can share.

What do you like best about the product?
My primary role is NOT in a technical capacity, but rather in Business Development and Marketing. I've found Procore to be extremely easy to use and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to have a CRM component to it! As a business development professional, I would find it more helpful if I was able to track my conversations with developers, architects, and engineers in one system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know our company utilizes the full capabilities of the software for our projects, large and small. It would be so much better if it included a CRM component.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and an excellent support team, the website and app are easy to use. I mainly use their document review tools for my project. The previous program was very clunky and not user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see their inspection lists and reports be more customizable with a better workflow for the inspection lists. Improvements in inspections will be much appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document management has become easier with Procore, especially capturing changes with RFIs, bulletins, and sketches; this saves so much time as processing is taken care by Procore.

The flexibility to make custom templates that work with our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
We understand the integrity of the infomation needs to be kept but there are sometimes that some information needs to be completely removed, not only sent to the Recycle Bin.

What do you like best about the product?
The organizational use of Procore makes our PMs present all our documents with consistency and accuracy. It has made our procedures from office to field a bit more seamless. I love how this brings all the contractors together under one platform to allow for seamless share of information. Even if your subs are not using the PM or GC have the ability to work information thru procure to keep all other stakeholders together and working on the latest and greatest information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a way to send out construction bulletins to directory contractors with the main PM suit, we do not have financials, but there should be an excellent way to do this as this is a constant on every project. Using custom field sets is not the easiest to navigate in procore. I wish there was an easier way to have the PDF exports be customizable without haveing the Procore forms team get involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Office-to-field consistency across projects now all have the same documents on file. This is great for meeting minutes, daily reports, and drawing markups. This has helped us with reducing rework in the field. The way you can have the finance side of your project added sounds like an excellent tool for the PM and managing team. The way that you are able to have this all work together to allow your project executives to have live information on your project KPIs is a great way to keep the health of your projects in check with an always-updated to-do list for your team members. There are so many plug-ins for this platform that many of the other software used can be shared with procore to allow the transfer of information. I really like the outlook tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would tell them that in the end, this saves time and makes your PMs More efficient. The consistency alone on this is a great assist to your company and in the long run, saves you time and money on management labor costs.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides a level of depth and agility critical to stakeholders during the lifecycle of any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some processes within Procore can be cumbersome from the UI side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The financial tracking and record-keeping components are beneficial.

Procore offers many opportunities to increase efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore makes tracking RFIs, Submitals, Plans and communications very easy and dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see that the person asking the question in RFIs is automatically copied on the answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes people say they don't get copied on things and Procore's records of who gets copied of emails and RFIs helps.

What do you like best about the product?
All the required documentation for a project is located in 1 place and easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only edit in Procore Drive and have it transfer to Procore but not both ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily go back to previous dates and recall tasks or conversations that can be used as a backup for any disputed items.
